+ -1 moreRon called to say he was running a few minutes behind schedule, which I appreciated. When he arrived, he did a fabulous job and the carpet looks like new. He even spent extra time removing excess soap left by the last carpet cleaner. Over the past few years we've used Big Fish, K & S, and Kleenway; all with disappointing results. I feel like this is the first time our carpet has been really clean since we bought the home ten years ago. I won't use anyone else in the future.

+ -1 moreRon and Barb arrived on time and were extremely courteous and professional. They walked through the rooms and explained how the process worked. I was extremely impressed with their work - they moved furniture - something I wasn't expecting. I was also impressed with their attention to detail and how much time they spent in each room and on the stairways. When they finished every room looked and smelled great. The floors were completely dry in less than four hours. Wonderful service! I will use them again and will recommend that others use them too!
Description of Work: I had carpets cleaned in three bedrooms, one family room, a hallway and multiple steps.

+ -1 moreThis is a husband and wife team, very professional yet friendly. They even helped me moving a couch from the lower level to the upper level. They did a very good job cleaning, charged $205 and I think it is reasonable. I will definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: He did the livingroom and bedroom and it was by far the best job ever. |I am planning on having him back again and I also told my neighbor when she asked for a recomend to clean her carpet. We had some spots and he explained what they could have come from which I found to be very helpful. |He also said that to just use water when cleaning and spray the spots if you have any which was a great idea. |
