Dave did a fabulous job with installing our sump pump & dehumidifier. He had to come back the second day to finish but he did an exceptional job. I had questions while he was installing and he answered everything so I totally understood how everything works.

The job was completed with no problems. Josh and Kedrick did a good job and were on time. I am happy with the results.

Eduardo S and Isaac came to help us with our basement waterproofing which was a two day project. They were on time each day and kept us updated on the progress. Eduardo went above and beyond to explain the process and answer all of my questions. They were kind and professional, making sure to communicate with me on their arrival and completion. They did a nice job on the basement and cleaned up the mess afterwards. It was easy to see they cared about the project getting done properly as their work was efficient and of high quality. We will recommended them to our friends and family. Thank you guys for helping us with our basement!

Getting the news that your foundation needs repair is never the news you want. I was impressed from start to finish with Innovative Basement Authority. Ian Rude came out and went over the process of repairing my foundation and insulating my crawl space. He was able to get me on the schedule the next week. Will and Orian showed up for my appointment on time and was able to complete the work in one day! They explained what they were doing and the products they were using and why. They were both very friendly and made, what could be a very stressful situation, less stressful.

David Kottke checked out our previously installed system as we had water on the basement floor. He quickly discovered problem was failure in condensation pump from an AC air handling unit and not the drain system. Serviced sump and tested casement drains as well. Pleasant and efficient. Got us focused on the real problem. Thanks

David Kottke did an excellent job of tightening the support beams that we have in our basement. He also was very thorough about cleaning up and checking the drain by out egress window. Also checked our sump pump and looked at the other walls in our basement to see if they needed any work done. Thanks for the great job.

David Kottke did a great job replacing my sump pump. He showed up on time and cleaned up the area when he was done. It was a hard job. It is a cramped area with little lighting. He brought the project up to code. The previous drain was jerry-rigged with a flexible hose. Now it looks professionally installed. This company and David Kottke was very pleasant to work with.

David Kettke did a great job! He worked hard until he figured out the issue, explained it to us & then completed the repairs. He repaired our sump pump & went above & beyond by improving the outside drainage setup we previously had. We appreciate all the time he spent with us & his quality work.

Josh, Kenny, Johnny and Nick were excellent to work with the drain tile installed in my basement, very courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning up too. Thanks for the top notch work!

Chad, Conner and Nathan did a great job They showed up when they said they would and got the project complete. Temps were in the high 90s so not the best condition be working under. Very pleasant company to work with from the sales force to the team that shows up to complete the work.

Everyone we have dealt with at Innovative Basement Authority has been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Any questions I had were honestly and thoughtfully answered. Workmanship is professional and they cleaned up nicely afterwards.. They kept us informed of unexpected schedule changes.

The work was done in a timely manner. The employees wore masks. They cleaned up the work site very well.

Initially, they were great. The salesman did his job and sold us the contract. He explained in detail what was likely going to happen. Very friendly and detailed in explanations. Wore a mask without being asked. (COVID mask mandates were in effect at the time.) When the time came for install, the plan completely changed. There were 2 workers. One watched and ran for parts as needed. The other did the install. Maybe he was training? No masks were worn. Did not offer to wear a mask or even ask. (We did not really care but just thought it was odd for a company coming into a rather small home.) Took them about an hour to actually get started. The installers looked at the project site in our basement for a long time and stated multiple times, "That is a lot of water"; before deciding on a real plan. They did not come prepared at all. The back of the truck looked super unorganized and untidy. They actually had to leave shortly after arriving to get different parts. That took them over an hour. We had already paid half the bill, otherwise, we would have stopped the project and looked elsewhere. We just had an uneasy and very unconfident feeling about the project at that point. When they were done, they cleaned up their boxes and tools but left the dusty/dirty mess from drilling behind. Not the biggest deal but, I guess I expected a better job. Basically, I would recommend having multiple companies check out your project like we should have done. We were impatient and fell for the deal if we signed up today. We also had been dealing with a ton of flooded basement issues for a few years and wanted it fixed ASAP. The sump pump they installed is working so far. We had to buy more hose to extend further out to our yard, however.

No one likes to spend hard earned dollars to raise concrete. Our case was no different. Mark and Nick were great. Hardworking. Willing to address our concerns. that were not specifically spelled out as well as they should have been by Tyler, our adjuster. We had documented all conversations and Mark made the corrections as needed. No surprise overages. Thank you.

I need to wait and answer as to quality until I see how the system works.

Eddie, Mark and their team mate I forgot his name were excellent! They installed 4 new footings, 2 Under new I-beam and two under existing wood beam. I highly recommend them.

My inspector Ian was an extremely polite young man. He was very thorough investigating my foundation and type of basement and working with me. He was able to show me and describe the process used by the company to drain tile my basement. He also gave me options provided by their business and other alternatives. He used visuals and showed me what I need to do to prep for the job. I feel it was a very comprehensive experience and had no questions by time it was done.

This was a call back on a sub pump malfunction. They corrected our issue and expected pains the probable cause and what to do next time if it were to happen again. Jan and Jason were very nice to deal with. So kind and helpful.
