Innovative Basement Authority

The installation crew that did the work were absolutely excellent. they did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. I have no problem with them at all. The issue I am having is service after the work. The sump pump arrangement is not functioning as it is supposed to. There is no call back or response from the company to answer my questions . I believe it will be a relatively easy thing to resolve. If they would only talk to me, it might be something I can even do myself.

Ramon, Johnny and Tyrus did a very good job installing drain tile and sump pump in our basement. They were very friendly and communicated very well throughout the project. They left the worksite very clean when they left. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Seth, Tyler and Emanuel did excellent work on our crawl space encapsulation. Great guys and extremely clean work!

Kaz, Tarron, and Marcus did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional!!!

David Kottke from Rush City was on time, very professional. Replaced a pcv pipe. And adjusted the hoses. Explained everything to me And very courteous!

They did a great job raising my cement. I did not have flooding where the cement was raised. I was also fun to watch the cement move up.

Eduardo was very organized and on time. He explained the entire process and responded to all of our questions. It was supposed to take 2 days but they finished in one. They left my basement cleaner than when they came. Eduardo and his crew went above and beyond demonstrating the equipment by setting off the alarm so we would recognise the sound. All around great experience. I would highly recommend Innovative Basement Authority.

They made up for it in the end, but the crew they had on did a sloppy job and they had to come back and redo it completely. Probably an anomaly, they made it right when they realized the scale of the mistake

The actual work has been scheduled for about a month from now. However, the representstivr who made the sire visit seemed to understand the problem and its cause â ¦ thus, giving me confidence that the proposed work should work. I hope to have a followup opportunity to comment on the results in a month.

Cory R., Larry E, and Greg H. performed the raising of foundation corner for my 18 year old residential addition. Their knowledge, skills, teamwork enabled them to deploy the solution in one long day rather than the planned two days. They were courteous, patient, informative, and motivated to perform very difficult work.

We had a total stabilization of our foundation and had it lifted. Or experience from start to finish was absolutely outstanding. Dan was very knowledgeable and thorough replacing my sump pump and he did a wonderful job of cleaning up.

They had to come in and install a sump pump. The project was very messy but the workers were very nice and friendly. They worked very hard to stay on schedule. My basement turned out perfect and now when it rains my basement stays dry. Very professional and get the job done in a timely manner.

Gregg Poindexter and Dan Supar were incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and helped me navigate my basement waterproofing issues. They took their time and made sure everything was inspected fully. And even went above and beyond. Very happy with their service!

We recently had David Kottke from Innovative Basement Authority over to our house to do a yearly inspection of our sub pump and drain tile system. He did a great job of inspecting the pump and lines as well as double-checking if there were other areas that we should monitor. He was very respectful and did an excellent job explaining what he was doing/looking at.
