Great tint job on my car. Much easier to drive at night with headlights in the rear view now subtle. Daylight sunlight no longer blasting through. Car looks amazing!

Called Sun Control System of Minnesota who walked me through the various options and pricing for 3M window film and based upon my needs selected the higher qualify Prestige window film. Instillation was scheduled 5 days later with a crew of 2 people showed up on schedule doing an excellent job installing the product. Took less than 1 hour to install and the finished result is flawless. I highly recommend Sun Control Systems of Minnesota!

I brought my Suburban to Sun Control to have the windows redone after I had a horrible experience with another window tint business. I was very impressed with the quality and the quick turn around time of Sun Control. Staff was professional. I thought their prices were more than fair! I was so impressed that I had them do two other vehicles for me. I have recommended Sun Control to many friends and family and would not go anywhere else to have my windows tinted.

In May I called Sun Control and made an appointment to have film added to the front of my new truck. When I picked the truck up I was surprised to find that there was no film on the headlights and fog lights. The manager told me they didn't do that so I went on my way. I found an on-line a place to buy the film for the lights so I called Sun Control in September to see if they would install it for me. The appointment person told they did do lights a so I made an appointment to have them add the film. When I picked up my truck and took it home I found that the front license plate cover was missing and one fog light lens was cracked. I called Sun Control and they said the installer wasn't there but they would have him call me. After a week I hadn't heard from them so I called them back and talked to the installer. He denied that he broke the lens and actually said to me that it was my word against his. I asked to speak to the manager and got his voice mail. I left a message explaining what had happened and asked him to call me. To this day I have ever heard fom him. They did a good job on the installation but have horrible customer relation and do not stand behind their work. I realize that things do happen and don't believe it was intentional but expect them to deal with a problem if one arises. I would never use them again and will tell anyone I know never to use them.

They did get back to me on my initial request fairly quickly and said they could stop out to do an in home estimate. I responded back to them twice via email asking for days and times they would be able to come out for an estimate. I have not heard back from them.

I am very pleased with the outcome. My whole house would heat up in the afternoon and I would be blinded by the sun in the early evening. Now I can enjoy the view without the being overwhelmed by the sun. I really liked the sales person. He was friendly and didn't bug me with a bunch of follow up calls. It took me a few weeks to decide which level of tint I wanted and I think he only sent me a letter in the mail, no calls. It took a couple of calls to speak to the right person to get the install date. I had two guys install the film. They were on time and fast. One guy was a little grumpy, but it wasn't too bad. I did have bubbling in two of my windows that did not go away in the two weeks they told me to wait so I called back and had a guy come look at it. He was very friendly and said one of the windows should smooth out on its own, but the other one needed to be redone. He redid it quickly and then just went ahead and did the other one too.

- The salesman is very courteous, professional, helpfull, and informative. He provided several option of film tinting and left behind several samples so we can decide later. The installer is very professional and friendly. Two thumbs up for him.

Overall we were very pleased with the work that was performed and the end result. The windows look great and we noticed the visual, daytime privacy, and UV blocking benefits of the tinting right away. The back of our house faces west and there isn't a lot of tree cover to block the sun. Prior to the tinting, the house would 'bake' in the summer heat so much so that the air conditioner could not keep up. We wished we would have had this done a long time ago! Regarding the company, the price was competitive, the installers were professional, and the job was performed timely. Overall, very pleased.

Everyone we worked with at Sun Control were very knowledgeable, professional and personable. They answered all our questions and offered suggestions and options. They even honored the promotional coupon we had which was no longer valid. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely use them again.

Overall the job was very well done. They sales rep met me at the house and estimated the job. The following week, the 2 installers were right on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. We are unbelievably happy with the finished job.

THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID THAT THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE TO OUR HOME TO SHOW SOME SAMPLES. THE PERSON HAS NEVER SHOWN UP, EVEN AFTER WE CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES.

THE REPRESENTATIVE CAME OUT IN THE WINTER AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND INFORMATION ON WINDOW TINTING. THE PRICE SEEMED REASONABLE. WE TOLD HIM THAT WE WERE DEFINITELY INTERESTED. IT WASN'T UNTIL WE WERE ALL DONE THAT HE INFORMED US THAT THIS WORK COULD NOT BE DONE UNTIL IT WAS AT LEAST 50 DEGREES OUTSIDE. I THINK THAT HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD US THIS WHEN WE FIRST CALLED ABOUT THE JOB BUT, NONETHELESS, WE ASKED HIM TO CONTACT US WHEN THE WEATHER WAS RIGHT. HE NEVER CONTACTED US OR FOLLOWED UP. OURS WAS NOT A HUGE JOB BUT HE HAD THE SALE READY TO GO AND DIDN'T FOLLOW UP.
