This is a revision of a review from 12/2/2016 where I gave them an F for never responding to my messages and texts. I was contacted by Kristin (co-owner) on 12/6/2016 and she was very professional, and apologetic on the phone. We scheduled a time for Dan (co-owner) to stop by for an estimate. He was punctual and personable. He spent time to make sure he understood my concerns and answered all my questions. I haven't made a decision regarding the work yet, so I can't comment on the quality of their work.

Purchased a groupon for 50' gutter installation. Everything looks good.

GREAT. I was very happy with the service that was provided.

The service was excellent. They returned our calls in a timely manner and came out to do an estimate quickly. The work was done in May by a team of guys. A few months later, we were having issues with the same gutter. We called them back and they came out to fix the gutter again.

AWESOME! I saw Dan and his crew working at my neighbors (actually they were packing up and leaving) so I took the chance, and walked up to him. I asked if they could give me an estimate before they left my neighborhood. Dan said sure, he came over and looked at the corner. He said he will fix it before they go on to the other job site. I asked him how much it will cost and he said "Nothing, no charge." Needless to say, I was so grateful. They caulked the crack and corner and added a couple of screws...took just a few minutes. They were so kind and nice! They even declined the can of soda that I offered them. It's time for me to pay it forward after their good deed. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH GUTTER GEEKS.

We contacted Gutter Geeks about a replacement gutter and the company gave us advice and an estimate. They were very professional, trustworthy and responsive. We ended up deciding to delay the repair, but will definitely contact Gutter Geeks in the future.

I contacted Gutter Geeks because part of my gutter had been damaged by a tree branch. Dan came over the same day and gave me an estimate both to just repair the damaged part and at my request also replacement with the addition of gutter covers since I have two major trees over my house; the gutters were likely the originals from the 50's and looking bent from the various ladders. He explained what they had available and also recommended that an additional downspout was needed. (This was even before I was going to mention that there were some issues.) He asked me which direction I preferred that downspout went. The price was reasonable in comparison to a quick estimate I had gotten a few years ago. Dan was able to fit me quickly into the schedule which was important to me due to the damage. The installation went fine. They look great and work fine. In fact, other than the new gutters, I couldn't tell they had even been there when I got home that night and they didn't damage any of the flowers which I have all around my house. Dan did stop by and we did a walk through that night. The gutters have worked well during the recent storms. I highly recommend them. It was a smooth and painless process done in with quick turnaround.

Gutter Geeks was fantastic to work with. In particular, we were very impressed with how thorough their crew was in inspecting the property to develop the estimate. Their team really took the time to examine the house and talk us through the problems/solutions that they could provide for us. The estimate arrived promptly and Dan was happy to take the time to discuss what all was included. While they were not the cheapest or the most expensive option for us, they were the option that we felt most-confident would do the best job for us. Scheduling the installation was super easy. The crew arrived on-time and everything went smoothly. They took the time to walk the property with us upon completion to confirm that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Additionally, when we needed the crew to come back to make some minor adjustments to the system for some the rain barrels we had purchased (which just hadn't arrived on-site before their install date), Dan was great about getting his crew back quickly and making all the adjustments. Everything looks great and we were very impressed with their professionalism throughout the process. Based on all of our interactions with and the final results, we would highly recommend Gutter Geeks and would gladly use them again in the future.

The process went very smoothly, from the first contact until the end. Dan came over and gave me a quote. When I was ready to commit, he scheduled me in quickly. They were prompt and professional.

Excellent. Got hold of him immediately when I called, even though he was on another job. He stopped by when he had finished that job, calling me first, talked the situation over with me, got on the roof to inspect, and was able to do the work right away. They hauled away the discarded covers. Totally satisfied with the service. Wholeheartedly recommend!

From the beginning The Gutter Geeks were timely, courteous, friendly and professional. The previous gutters on my home were old, beat up, leaking and full of leaf litter. Dan took the time to explain to me why issues were present with my current gutters and how he would prevent those issues from reoccurring with my new gutter system. Dan and his crew removed my old gutters, and installed new gutters and covers in their place. He also installed a new flashing under the shingles into the gutters to ensure water didn't sneak behind the gutters. The new gutters on my home look great. And I'm certain Thanks for a job well done Dan and crew!

Dan came to our home and gave us options for our constant leaf filled gutters. Once we decided to go with a Leaf Solutions product, he was descriptive and thorough with letting us know when he would put them on and what the process was. Dan came out a couple of weeks later - cleaned out gutters and installed the Leaf Solution. We are so pleased with Dan and his work and happy we don't have to clean gutters anymore! Thanks Dan - We will for sure call you again for any gutter work!
