They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."

They scraped, filled, sanded and painted the railings, which were in need of some serious TLC. They look great! They prepped and stained the decking to make it like new as well. Mike and Alex work well as a team and communicated with us as the project was going on. Andrew runs a top notch business and was very good at informing us on the timing as well as showing up at our home to be sure the project was running smoothly. This is the second project we’ve used Durapro for - the first one was replacing our popcorn ceilings with a nice knockdown finish to match the one we had in adjacent rooms. Again, Andrew and his team did a great job at a reasonable price. We would definitely hire them again!"
