Description of Work: Installer was excellent. He went over what I wanted done. Gave me some advice on things I needed done that I had not thought of and some things I "could" do. Not pushy at all. He was a great source of knowledge and helped me sort through how to fix my door. |I'm not afraid to complain if there is a problem, that said, I would recommend these folks every day of the week!

Description of Work: I contacted Southside on a Saturday at 1:30 and Jim was at my house by 3:30 that afternoon. I have an extremely heavy door that was hanging by a few remaining rollers and in danger of collapsing. He tied it off, removed the broken hinges and added new ones so that it could be lowered an further repaired. He assessed that some of the center hinges were misplaced and not secured properly and putting strain on the roller hinges. He moved and secured those hinges, added new roller hinges, adjusted the spring tension and recallibrated my opener. I was very happy to have found great service on a Saturday afternoon! $220

Description of Work: replaced all the "wheels" and cables. they were very timely, nice, and came out on a saturday when my garage door broke. i would recommend these guys.
