We are writing today to recognize the great job Jason Eastman did in working with us to improve the appearance of our home. We carefully researched highly recommended contractors asking for bids and estimations to help us reach our home improvement goals. Some never returned our call, some came but never sent us their estimates, and many never even followed up on our initial inquiries. Those that did come were either not very professional, didn’t really seem to care about our project, or just seemed to be trying to make a quick buck. The experience was exasperating. Except for Jason. Let me start by acknowledging that I can be quite difficult to work with. I ask many questions, take my time in making large decisions, (but I know what I like), and enjoy getting the most for my money. Over the past four years, Jason and his team have done an amazing job, respecting my preferences, my home and my belongings. He always returned our calls, came and gave estimates for new projects, followed up afterward, and offered truly honest advice on assessments about our home. He really seemed to care about our best interests. His honesty, caring nature, and most of all patience with us during this process are what we appreciate most about him. My husband and I are in agreement that Jason is one of the best contractors we have dealt with over the years. We will continue to work with North Painters in the future. My advice, a good contractor is usually booked at the beginning of a season, so book early.
