This was a major project. It included our Kitchen, Family Room, a Bathroom and Pantry along with a long hallway and three closets. It involved moving some big furniture that we could not remove ahead of time and the kitchen appliances and moving them back without scratching the wood. They anticipated taking 6-7 days. However, by putting in long hours, they completed it in 4 days. Everything was done beautifully. Everything was finished off perfectly. It included having to undercut the stone fireplace so that the wood would fit under it perfectly. It included retucking some carpeting in a room that butted up to the wood flooring. It included cutting back closet doors to insure a perfect fit over the wood. It included framing everything with baseshoe. They had to drain and remove the toilet and reinstall it after the floor was installed in the bathroom. They have so much experience that everything needed to complete the job was done without having to include any other vendor. They could provide all the extra touches needed to finish the job and make it look perfect. Everything was done seamlessly. Everyone that sees it says it is the "most beautiful" floor they have ever seen. I agree.

Gary is very professional, a "no nonsense kind of guy" who does the job extremely well, without the fluff. He is timely, affordable and was able to work within the time frame that I wanted. There is no doubt that he is trustworthy, and he knows his job very well. I found it refreshing not having to deal with a "salesman". He recommended that type of wooden floor that works well for the home (Acacia) and I have been getting wonderful complements since the completion of his project. He completed the job in two days, cleaned up the area and his work is absolutely great!. I would unreservedly recommend him (and his partner Jake) for doing a job of such high quality. I'm finishing up a remodel of my home, and I needed someone to install the hardwood flooring I had purchased for the upper two levels of my house. I called Naturally Wood and spoke to the owner Gary Miller on a Monday. He came out that same evening and gave me an estimate, and then began the work on Friday of that same week. Gary and his partner Jake (his son-in-law) worked very quickly, and they were finished by lunch time on Tuesday, which was two and a half days start to finish for what I considered to be a pretty big job. Both guys were very pleasant and easy to deal with, they were professional and trustworthy, and they worked hard. The floors look absolutely fabulous, and I'm very happy with the speed and the quality of the install. I would recommend Naturally Wood Inc. to anyone looking for professional quality hardwood installers, who work quickly for a fair price.

Jake who I beleive is the owners son, did the estimate and the work along with a nice guy named Gary. They were punctual and professional. They did a great job, did it quickly and even cleaned up after the work. We had to move furniture around and when Gary saw that we didn't have the right equipment, he lent us his "moving straps" so we could do the job without injuring ouselves or damaging the floors. On top of all of that, my 6 year old kept pestering them but they never got upsert or annoyed instead they were accomoodating and polite to him which means a lot!

It went Amazing! very friendly people. Trustworthy. We left them the keys and when we returned - it was beautiful and clean. Amazing work - very friendly and returned my calls promptly. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the experience and our new floor.

Gary's price quote was very detailed. Installers showed up on time, did a great job. Overall, I am very happy with end result and requested same team to do another install in two other rooms.

Overall I am very pleased with both the material and the installation. My living room floor was a bit uneven, which caused a few soft spots that they tried to even out with padding, and you can notice a spot or two where they were not entirely successful. The look, which is pale maple with dark oak trim, is stunning. The trim work was a bit tricky here and there and yet it looks perfect, even up close. One flight of stairs is all curved and custom and Gary created a real work of art with the oak - no trim needed, they are fit so snugly. We loved the look of the stairs so much that we immediately decided to add a second set of stairs to the job and those turned out excellent also.I am now budgeting to have my lower level updated with this same material and I will certainly use these guys again!

These guys are true professionals. From measuring our floor to the prep that was needed. They did an amazing job and it still looks amazing every day that I see it. I would definitely work with these guys again.

Overall, we are more or less satisfied with the floor. Gary was very responsive and professional and it was clear he wanted to do a good job. However, there were a few reasons I would grade him as a C overall. He made me sign a form stating I was happy with the installation before he started the work. He didn't make any effort to level out our subfloor, therefore the floor began warping within a week. He did come back to attempt to fix the problem. He did not bring a cement grinder or cement filler to make a real effort at fixing it. It was not 100% fixed, but it's better than the original work. Overall, I think if you have a pretty standard install project, Gary and team will do a great job for you. However, if your floor is uneven, you might want to find someone who will even it out for you.

Everything went better than we'd hoped for. Gary and Jake are expert and professional, and paid careful attention to detail. They showed up on time, worked dilligently, and stayed late on the last day in order to finish on schedule. When they discovered the need for an unexpected piece of lumber, Gary's wife went after it and brought it to the jobsite so things could remain on schedule. They also took the time to answer our questions about what they were doing, and why, so that we had a better understanding of what was being done in our home. Couldn't have asked for better! Everything looks great, and when we do the rest of the living area next year, they will be the people we call.
