+ -1 morePaul seemed cordial and knowledgeable when he came to look at our project needs. He told us he would work on a quote and get back to us. Paul knew we were under a tight timeframe because part of the work would be reimbursed as it was damage caused by another company. After not hearing from him, we called and left repeated messages and still never heard a word back from him. We said in our messages we would understand if the project was too small and he was too busy, but we just wanted him to let us know we should begin looking for another contractor. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.
Description of Work: Paul Hoyt came to our house for a quote on a couple small projects.
