About us

My company is a single owned buisness. I myself do all the cleaning, everything that is offered and maintained. I mostly have bi-weekly families I clean for. But, will also do a monthly, or a one time cleaning, if that's all you need?! I've done a few move-in ready cleanings, and some move-out cleanings; in apartments, town-homes, & of coarse houses. Anything that you would like or need thoroughly cleaned, I can do that for you! I'm very particular about my extremeness of cleaning habits. You might say I am a little "OCD" (Obbsesive "Cleaning" Disorder) I will do a very professional job every time! I love to make your house look showcase ready, even if you're Not actually putting your house up for sale!? I own all of my professional cleaning equipment two different kinds of Oreck vacuums, and a steam mop that is great for sanitizing all types of floors. (Settings: Low & High) I use micro-fiber cloths that really pick up the dust without transferring to other surfaces. I have 2 Norwex dusting mittens. I use several other Norwex chemical-Free cleaning products as well. I'm very thorough almost too much of a clean-freak, some might say. I really work hard to keep each client & family of mine satisfied with my cleaning services and ability to do so splendidly. I will vow to do my very best cleaning job every time and to be very careful with all of your precious belongings, especially your pets cause after all, they are family!!! I'm wanting to make your life as clean, healthy, and of coarse as simple as possible! I'm certified and self insured. When I inquired about the special discount of $190 for a deep cleaning on the phone she asked to set up a walkthrough. She came to my house for the walkthrough and quoted me $320 for the initial clean (not what her special ad offered) and then almost twice what other companies were quoting me for regular cleaning. She left the quote for me on a torn off piece of paper, and said she would text me to set up a time. I haven't heard from her. Felt very unprofessional.

Katie has been cleaning for me bi-weekly since July 2013. She was friendly and clear during the initial consultation and has been prompt and reliable ever since. She's flexible with scheduling around holidays and is willing to work around her customer's schedules. She generally takes 3 hours to thoroughly clean two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, laundry room, stairway, and all hallways during each visit. By special request, she also vacuums my living room furniture. I have yet to notice anything she's missed and I'm consistently pleased with her work. I have no reservations about giving her access to my home in my absence. She's friendly to my pets and respectful of my property. I would recommend Katie's services to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, detail-oriented cleaner.
