"Brian was prompt and courteous when responding to our quote request. This was a large project ($13k was quoted). All said and done, however, we were invoiced for 30% more in cost overrun. We did work with Brian to come to an agreement on a final amount, however we found in a couple weeks that the workers had not installed landscaping fabric in several places where they had been instructed (and we had already paid final invoice). Brian sent out a crew to remedy within days. This would have been a 3-star review had Brian not worked with us to rectify concerns and remedy faulty work."

The initial stages of the project, involving the installation of a retaining wall, appeared professional and well-handled. However, the real issues began post-installation. I first noticed problems with the retaining wall, as it started to separate at the corners. After reaching out to Landscapes Unlimited, I was instructed to submit a warranty request, which I did promptly. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone calls across several months, my request for warranty repairs has not been adequately addressed.
