I don't have anything negative to say about this company. They did the work in sections, by putting in the poles first and then coming back and finishing the fence. They are very polite and professional. We did have one suggestion that he declined doing, but once the fence was done, we were happy with his decision. They have a unique way of putting our thoughts and ideas into practice. We had a very pleasant time working with this company and would be happy to recommend them to others. If we have to do anything with the fence in the future, we won't be using anyone else, but Dakota Fence.

I love my fence. Excellent quality and workmanship. The crews who completed the job were clean, professional, and on the ball. They offered suggestions with some goofy property issues we have, which was helpful. Cost was comparable to two other companies who provided estimates, if not slightly less. I had a wood fence installed at my previous home with another large fence company, and the difference in quality and professionalism between that company and Dakota Fence is like night and day. I definitely recommend Dakota Fence.

They were friendly and professional. They even hauled the dirt away and finished 2 days early. They took extra care to make sure the gates were correct. It was very apparent that they were motivated by an excellent work ethic. They have our highest recommendation.

This company was fantastic to deal with! The sales associate (Rick) was very friendly and accessible. The greatest impression though was made with the patience shown by Rick with our changing the fencing layout three times! Every call was met with professionalism rather than the expected exasperation! Revised estimates were received within two days. The final work was done on schedule and the results are fantastic! The work crew cleaned up the work area completely after the job was done.

We had spoken with Dakota in the past about a fence at our old house and knew their reputation for quality. We have not been disappointed. The fence looks great and there have been no issues after 5 months. They worked around landscaping and bushes with little problem. Most importantly, they worked with us on a schedule that met our needs and limited the time we needed to keep our dog on a leash! The workers and "foreman" were very pleasant and were proactive about maintenance suggestions, and the salesman was responsive and flexible. It is obvious that they believe in their product, as they did not feel the need to slam their competitors to make themselves look better. They are not the cheapest fencer out there, but the quality still makes it a value in my mind. We did not find one scrap of wood or nail left behind upon their cleanup.

Wonderful to work with. Rick who came out to measure and gave us a quote was great. He always returned our calls if we had a question. Was most courteous and professional. The final price was the exact quote. All the men who did the installation were terrific. Courteous, did excellent work, were professional and never left a mess. The fence is beautiful. Work was done on time and as promised.

Mike was great, and the quote was timely. We simply went with a lower bid.

CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE. DID NOT COME OUT JUST GAVE ME NUMBERS OVER THE PHONE. QUOTED $8,900 FOR 210 FEET OF ESCHELON PLUS ALUMINUM FENCE.

I CALLED THIS COMPANY AND SPOKE TO A WOMAN. I DIDN'T WRITE DOWN HER NAME. SHE ASKED IF THEIR COMPANY HAD ORIGINALLY INSTALLED MY FENCE. I DIDN'T THINK THEY HAD. SHE SAID THEY DON'T NORMALLY WORK ON FENCES THEY DIDN'T INSTALL BUT THE JOB WOULD START AT $500.00 PLUS MATERIALS. THE INSTALLER COULD COME OUT BY THE 26TH. WHEN I CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY AGAIN I WAS ASKED IF THEY HAD INSTALLED MY FENCE. AGAIN, I SAID I DIDN'T THINK THEY HAD. THIS TIME THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED SAID THEY DID NOT WORK ON FENCES THEY HAVEN'T INSTALLED. SHE PUT ME ON HOLD TO ASK THE OTHER WOMEN IN HER OFFICE IF THEY HAD TALKED TO ME. NO ONE TALKED TO ME, REMEMBERED ME, OR HAD GIVEN ANY QUOTES. I MUST BE MISTAKEN. I MENTIONED THE PRICE QUOTE AND THE DATE THE INSTALLER COULD COME OUT. THAT WAS STILL CORRECT. I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED HAVING THE PERSON ADMITTING THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKE. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT. BUT TO BE TOLD I DIDN'T CALL THEIR COMPANY AND THAT NO ONE CAN REMEMBER TALKING TO ME REALLY GOT ME MAD.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH ALL AREAS OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. RICK WAS ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL FOR THE ESTIMATE. THE CREW THAT INSTALLED THE POSTS WAS VERY GOOD. THEY TOLD ME AHEAD OF TIME THAT THEY WOULD PROBABLY HIT ONE OF OUR UNDERGROUND SPRINKLER LINES WITH OUR CHOICE OF THE FENCE POSITION AND GAVE US AN OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE IT. THE OWNER CAME OUT PRIOR TO THE FENCING CREW AND VERIFIED FENCE HEIGHT AND DISCUSSED ADJUSTMENTS THAT WOULD NEED TO BE MADE SINCE THE AREA TO BE FENCED WAS NOT FLAT. THE CREW MEMBER THAT BUILT THE ARBOR DISCUSSED IT WITH ME SEVERAL TIMES TO BE SURE HE WAS BUILDING WHAT I WANTED. IT ALL LOOKS VERY NICE. WE HAVE GOTTEN MANY COMPLIMENTS ON IT. THEIR CLEAN UP WAS GREAT.

THIS WAS A CASE OF WHAT CAN GO WRONG WILL GO WRONG. THE SALESMEN CAME OUT PROMPTLY TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE, BUT WHEN I CALLED TO ACCEPT THE BID, HE NEVER SCHEDULED ME AND ALSO TOLD ME NOT TO SEND A DEPOSIT. IT WAS CRUCIAL THE WORK BE SCHEDULED AROUND SOME LANDSCAPING, SO WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM, HE DIDN'T EVEN REMEMBER TALKING TO ME AND TOLD ME HE DIDN'T;T SCHEDULE BECAUSE HE NEVER GOT THE DEPOSIT AND HE HAD FORGOT TO ADD $300 ONTO MY BID! SO THEN THERE WAS A SCRAMBLE TO GET THE POSTS IN BEFORE THE LANDSCAPERS CAME. THE POST SETTERS RUINED MY NEIGHBOR'S RASPBERRIES AND LEFT DEBRIS IN HIS YARD, WHICH I HAD TO HAVE CLEANED UP. TWO OF THE POSTS WERE SET IN THE WRONG PLACE AND HAD TO BE RE-SET. I WILL SAY THAT WHENEVER I CALLED TO COMPLAIN, MY PROBLEM WAS ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY AND MY COMPLETED FENCE IS BEAUTIFUL. BUT I SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH AS MUCH AS I DID TO GET IT DONE. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE, CONSIDERING THE RAVE REVIEWS THEY HAVE OTHERWISE RECEIVED.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED AND THE CREWS THAT PERFORMED IT. THE CREW THAT PLACED THE POLES DID A FAST AND GOOD JOB THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THE CREW THEY SENT TO PICK UP THE DIRT DIDN'T PICK UP MOST OF IT BUT, WHEN I TALKED TO JASON AND HIS CREW ABOUT IT IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. THE FENCE IS BEAUTIFUL AND MY DOG LOVES IT.

DAKOTA WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE COMPETITIVELY PRICED, KEEP THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS, ARE PUNCTUAL AND RESPECTFUL OF OTHER PEOPLE AND PROPERTY.

WE HAD A POOR EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER FENCING COMPANY, DAKOTA WAS GREAT IN COMPARISON. THIS WAS NOT A FENCE THAT DAKOTA FENCING USUALLY CARRIED, SO HE HAD TO DO A LOT OF CALLING AROUND TO GET THE FENCING THAT WE WANTED. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND GREAT TO DEAL WITH. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
