Description of Work: I purchased the $49 for a kitchen or bathroom design consultation with 3-D renderings. I met with B-2 in my home three times to discuss design thoughts and ideas. He was very professional, personable, and patient when I didn't have a good idea of what I wanted. He measured and verbally presented some good plans. I mistakenly thought I would receive a copy of the three dimensional look of the design. I am disappointed as I would like a visual. We scheduled a final meeting the following week when he would return with another employee to look at something in particular - I don't recall what. The next step would be to give an estimate/bid to do the remodel. They did not show up and I haven't heard from him since. I have not attempted to call.

Description of Work: Design for bathroom remodel

Description of Work: Bruce came out to do a 3D rendering of my kitchen that would improve my layout. He indicated he didn't think he could improve much. He did perform some measuring and gave me a quote for new counter tops and a backsplash and a new sink in the power room. We decided not to go with him. Since we did not get a rendering, we're asking for our money refunded.

Description of Work: Took many weeks to get back to me with the visit and then the design. Took very long overall. Like the design, but they are too busy for new customers or those who won't spend high 5 figures or more..

Description of Work: He didn't have a great creativity to design our remodeling kitchen area. Also he doesn't ask me what type of cabinet, countertop, island and floor what I want before telling us the estimate cost to remodel kitchen about 40k. He doesn't communicate very well and I haven't heard from him for few weeks after he makes some change. His work performance don't impressed us at all.

Description of Work: B2 Design Build did a complete remodel of our galley kitchen. Included in the project were custom cabinets, lighting, flooring, plumbing improvements, windows. and insulation The results are amazing. We have more cabinet and storage space than before, accessibility to everything is great, and cooking has really become a pleasure. Additionally, in other parts of the home they did some floor tiling, and spruced up a stairway leading to a partially finished basement. One of the owners whom we primarily dealt with was involved in our bathroom remodel when he worked at a different company the beginning of last year.. That also turned out wonderfully and we saw many of the same people that did that work on this project. All were friendly and professional. We have already hired B2 Design Build for our next project.
