Doug was great to work with. I found him online thru Home Advisor and didn't know him from Adam, but when we talked on the phone I got the feeling that this was someone who would be easy to work with, trustworthy, and competent...and that's exactly how I felt when Doug had finished installing my new TV and accessories. He was friendly and very professional - and the final bill was quite reasonable. I couldn't have been happier!

When I called to engage their services, they were very accommodating. They arrived when they said they would, worked longer than they had estimated (but I felt it would take longer), and found and did more for me than I thought they would be able to. My goals were to simplify my home theater surround sound system and to set up my universal remote so I could turn on and off Roku, control all functions of my DVD, VCR, and AV receiver. Not only did they do all that; BUT, I can change streaming services INCLUDING Roku, change channels within each, including Roku, and control my relatively ancient and not totally functioning Apple TV; and, I have fewer cables and cords behind my system. They answered questions, even after the service was complete and initiated post-service follow-up. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with this company and would recommend them without hesitation. My closet attic space had never been accessed before so Doug had to cut it open. He did a great job protecting the hanging clothes and carpeting from the dust, dirt, and insulation. He had to move the new antennae to a second location to get the best reception after the first location didn't work well for all the major channels.
