+ -1 moreWaiting on hold for 5+ minutes. Rep came on and told me no containers were available; I could call back end of the week; thanked me for calling and hung up before I could say another word! All I said was that we needed a container. She never even asked WHEN or WHAT I needed. If she'd waited I could have told her I was schedule 2 weeks ahead.
Description of Work: Called to schedule but never got any further than that.

+ -1 moreWe've used Veit several times now during our do-it-yourself remodel. When you factor in size of container and other factors (such as this one having a swing out door so you don't have to lift the debri over the edge) Veit was a better choice for us, and they have always been very professional (person on the phone and the driver).
Description of Work: Drop off and pick up 6 cubic yard dumpster.

+ -1 moreI arranged to have a dumpster delivered to my parent's farm to dispose of accumulated junk being stored in an old shed. Once emptied, we tore down the shed and added that to the dumpster. I can't say enough about the courteous and helpful folks at Veit. This includes the ladies I spoke with on the phone and the young man who dropped off the dumpster. Veit was very accomodating and allowed us to have the dumpster for 10 days. They even called on the day it was scheduled to be picked up to make sure we were finished. I won't hesitate to call them for the next clean-up project.
Description of Work: 20 cubic yard roll-off dumpster for general clean-up.

+ -1 moreI shopped by calling a few companies, and this was least expensive for the heavy weight (10K lbs) I needed to get rid of. They were very courteous and helpful on the phone, I ordered the service, they dropped off the dumpster on time, put down planks to protect the driveway, and picked it up when I called them. No problems and a good price.
Description of Work: Roll-off dumpster service for large (20x4x8) dumpster. Construction waste and broken concrete is what I needed to dispose of.

+ -1 moreIt was perfect. The dumpster came when scheduled and also was picked up when scheduled. The person on the phone was very helpful and down to business. She didn't waste a lot of my time questioning me and trying to get me to order something bigger than I needed like other companies. I was extremely pleased with this company.

+ -1 moreMy communication with Veit was always professional, and they corrected their mistake quickly with no issue.
Description of Work: I called and made a reservation for a 6 cubic foot roll-off dumpster, and Veit delivered it 2 days later (as scheduled). They placed it exactly where I had asked them to in our driveway, and put wood supports underneath the dumpster. They told me that they would call to pick the dumpster up in 7 days unless they heard from me. Six days later, the dumpster was picked up without confirming with me that we were done with it. I called in, and they promptly returned the dumpster (now empty), but did remind me that the trash in the dumpster could not be more than 6 cubic feet combined to ensure my quoted price rate. We completed our projects, and Veit picked up the dumpster (after a confirmation call) 4 days later.

+ -1 moreVery Good Experience. All persons I dealt with over the phone and the drivers were very nice. Would Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Called for a small container to be delivered on my driveway. They delivered the contained on the same day, the driver was very nice and put down wood strips on the driveway for the container to sit on and he placed it right where I wanted it. Filled it with construction debris and called to have it picked up a week later. They were there the same day to pick it up.

+ -1 moreI CALLED SEVERAL COMPANIES AND VEIT WAS THE ONLY ONE I FOUND WITH A SIZE ROLL-OFF (10LX8WX4H) THAT WOULD FIT INTO THE SMALL AREA WE NEEDED IT IN. THE OTHERS WERE LONGER AND NEEDED 50 - 60 FT. CLEARANCE TO GET THEIR ROLL-OFFS IN. ONE WILL WANT TO ASK HOW FULL THE TUB CAN BE FILLED (NOT ALL ALLOW LEVEL FILLS)
Description of Work: RENTED A ROLL-OFF, 10 YARD CAPACITY, TO FILL COMPLETELY WITH CONCRETE AND CLAY.
