PROELL SERVICES LLC

We have had Dan out twice. The first time was several months ago to fix a leak, in a pipe in the ceiling of our workshop. We have exposed beams and pipes in there so it was easy access. Then recently we had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in our downstairs laundry room. We called Dan again. Bot times he was punctual, professional, did a great job, cleaned up after and was reasonable. We would gladly have him again, recommend him to others. In fact, we called him the first time because he had been recommended to us by friends.

The system works. The price is reasonable. He is also the one that comes out to winterize it. It has been difficult to have him come out. My husband has been contacting him through email. We were expecting him to come out last week, but he didn't. My husband has sent him another email today. We are waiting for his response.

Dan is capable of doing pretty much anything we could ask for. He has replaced our sump pump, fixed a clogged sink, wired and hung new lighting, installed a new toilet and handled our sprinklers. He has also referred us to other professionals as needed. Whenever something goes wrong in our house he is absolutely our first call every time! He is responsive, on time and his pricing is reasonable. Don't think twice about calling him for any job!

Perfect. I told Dan what I wanted, and he even gave me suggestions for things I hadn't even thought of.

I needed someone to fix a sprinkler system that had had the control panel and valve removed. He charged me for the visit and for time spent digging around blindly. But he was unable to even determine where the lines were. I later found another company that was able to get the system up and working.

Very well. Dan is excellent.

Our experience overall was great. We called first thing Thursday morning and the job was done by early afternoon. Proell Services was very friendly and helpful. He met my husband at the store and helped him select and bring the water heater back home. The installation went perfectly. The only downside was Proell Services is not licensed so they do not apply for city permits. It wasn't a problem for us - we just did all the permit work ourselves. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely call again if anything came up.

Response was very fast, service was comprehensive and courteous, and we received a complete explanation of our options to optimize and adjust the system. Highly recommend.

I got a quote with complete explanation of what would be done and by whom (Gopher State One call, etc). I accepted the bid and an appointment was set to do the installation. Dan provided all the manufacturer information in a packet of info. They had to make some modifications to my outside plumbing to accommodate the system, which was included in the cost. System was installed, programmed to my specifications and all set to go in 2 days. I had to do absolutely nothing! Dan and crew were very responsive, polite and cleaned up after all the digging. All the sod was replaced so I could hardly tell there was any work done in the yard at all. My yard looks great and I don't have to spend evenings hauling hoses around any more. Should have done it years ago. Was a very good experience.

Went just fine from start to finish. Work was done when expected and for the amount quoted and my new bathroom looks very nice. Dan even did some other "fixes" that he saw were necessary.

I did a lot of garden planting this Spring so I needed a new zone added to water all of the new plants. Dan came up with an innovative solution that meant I didn't have to add a whole new zone, which would have been extremely expensive because of the location on the opposite side of my house. He did a simple re-route of an existing zone to move it up nearer to the house (under a sidewalk and through a lot of decorative rock!) and brought the spray heads up from grass level to about 3 feet higher along the top of a retaining wall. It saved me lots of money. The day it was complete, I the only thing that indicated that it had been done is the new sprinkler heads in the garden. There was absolutely no mess at all to be seen! Had I not been home to meet him in the morning, it may have taken me days to notice something different! So if you're looking for a reliable, honest contractor, look no further!

I would (and will) definitely hire again.

Dan was able to schedule me in as soon as I wanted him; he was on time and polite. I was extremely happy with his service from start to finish.

Overall it has been a great experience. We have used his services for a couple of years now and have no complaints at all.
