+ -1 moreThe inspector was very upfront and pointed out that while I could legitimately claim ~$1500 in damage, it may not be worthwhile since it was minor and more cosmetic plus would have long-term insurance implications. I appreciated his honesty vs. just trying to sell me on fixing it for them make a quick buck.

Description of Work: We needed a new roof, and wanted to use a shingle type we had found through research on Consumer Reports. Chuck was very willing to use the product we chose, and also able to upgrade our gutter system without just starting from scratch. |The roofing crew came on a very hot, humid day. They started at 6:30 AM and were completely finished by 6:30 PM. The crew did a superb job - taking great care of our property as well as their own safety and health on that awfully hot day. |They installed larger downspouts on our existing gutters and topped them with a covering that was new to us that has made the gutters maintenance-free. |Additionally, we wanted a clear roofing material for our screened-in porch. It was installed beautifully, but has problems due to product failure of the material used. |Chuck has consistently called when he said he would, shown up when he said he would (as have his crews), and is taking care of the product problem with no additional cost to us. He is a joy to work with! |We highly recommend Chuck and Nevison Exteriors!

+ -1 moreWe could not find them on Angie's List. The owner is Chuck Nevison. The job went very well. They are very prompt. They are very customer focused and extremely easy to work with. They explained every bit of the process and did great follow-up. They anticipate questions that the customer is going to ask and have the answers ready. We would absolutely use them again.
