These guys were great. Fit me into their busy schedule for the estimate and installation. The installers were early, professional, and went beyond what was asked of them. They sealed 3 leaky window frames on top of sealing the rim joists really well. I would definately recommend these guys to anyone

Service was provided in a residential rehab construction site; floors, doors, trim, cabinets, sheetrock, and previous insulation had already been removed from home. Construction paper cover the subfloor and the windows were due to be replaced so overspray was not an issue. The price of $2,800 was competitive with three other quotes and contingent on unfinished floors; contractor was on the Xcel Energy vendor acceptable list to get the proper energy rebates. Contractor arrived on time and still took the time cover the floor and windows to minimize residual mess. 5.5 hours from start to pull away (included set-up and clean-up). Sprayed 3" of closed cell foam in exposed 2x4 walls (1,000 sq ft foundation, ceiling height 8', average allotment for window and door area). At my request made a quick site visit early the following week to respray some low spots to give the walls a full R-21 factor through out (took 2 hours set-up to clean-up). Crew was friendly and professional at all times, willing to discuss whatever questions and concerns I had about the process and possible future uses. I would recommend them and am considering them on future projects.

Mike and Rob were outstanding, knowledgable techs. They did an amazing job of covering up my basement and possessions to keep everything safe and clean and cleaned up after themselves very well. They answered all my questions patiently and explained the process in detail. When they finished, they plugged the holes with styrofoam and applied joint compound to the holes. They mentioned all I have to do is maybe touch up a few holes once their skim coat dries and do a light sand. I did that what they said, painted the holes, and it barely looks like there were holes in my walls. Will use them again without a doubt and highly recommend them.

We got several bids to do the work on both occassions and found Minnesota Insulation Plus to be very competitive. I feel they did a very nice job, were courteous, prompt and cleaned up after their work. We did have a little issue with billing. We'd prepared a check for them to take when they were finished with the 3 season porch, but the employees left without saying anything or asking for it. Then we found out they planned to be back to finish one wall after drywall went up so we decided to hold the check until that work was done. The contact for the company, Tammi, wasn't terribly happy about this, nor easy to get ahold of, but in the end they were paid at the completion of the work. We are very happy with them.

They were very responsive throughout the process, arrived when scheduled, competed the work as described, and billed in accordance with the estimate. The crew of 3 were professional and quite pleasant during all interactions. The removal portion of the job turned out to be more difficult and time consuming than they expected. But the crew put in the extra hours on day one so that day two would go smoothly. I appreciated that they worked into the evening to get the work done, rather than postponing it to the next day. And they did this without me having to pressure them into it. The next day, they arrived to install the new insulation. They added chutes in every truss space, sprayed in foam around the perimeter of the attic space, then blew in fiberglass insulation. I was very pleased that they were able to get insulation into many of the tight spaces that had previously not been insulated at all. Overall, I was very happy with the work done by Corey and his crew. Although last winter was rather mild, I did notice that the temperature throughout the house was more even and consistent, making it more comfortable. In addition, my utility bills have come down. I definitely recommend this company and would hire them again in the future.
