Minnesota Concrete Lifting

In advance of bringing in some fill and doing some regrading around the foundation of our house, I wanted to make sure that we didn't have any major voids under the front step/stoop, garage apron or the sidewalk. Jordan requested pictures and provided an initial quote. When they came out (they arrived much earlier than anticipated, but our schedules were flexible so that was no big deal), Jordan said he could tell that there was nothing that needed to be done re the garage apron and most of the sidewalk. He only recommended mudjacking under the front step and one small section of the sidewalk. I appreciated that he was honest and didn't just drill holes in everything and pump little to no material just because that could be done. They were quick with their work and charged us 30% less than originally quoted given that the final scope of their work was less than originally anticipated. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future if ever the need arises.

Responded to quote request extremely quickly and with competitive price. Didn't try to upsell portions of the walkway that didn't need to be adjusted. Addressed a small concern afterwards immediately and satisfactorily. Nice to have a front step people aren't tripping on and a patio area that slopes away from the house!
