One other contractor did not even want to touch this project due to difficulty; another bid on the lower but passed on the upper steps after investigating. Jordan offered a bid promptly, confident that both issues were fixable, and scheduled about 3 weeks out. His crew of two showed up on time and were super-efficient. They explained what was going on, made adjustments as needed (sawcutting several times between the steps and sidewalk, for instance) and were responsive to requests. Although, after a rain, I realized one small area will collect water now that steps are level, I'm very happy with the work. Jordan also gets high marks for being very communicative before and after the bid. Highly recommended.

We had to schedule a month in advance but the work was done on the exact date he said it would be done. The workers were pleasant and business like. I don't usually go with the lowest bid on my projects but Jordan seemed to be the most knowlegable of the four contractors I interviewed.

Bid process was prompt. Service was scheduled promptly after I accepted bid. Crew arrived on-time with all tools and experience to complete the job. Crew was friendly and knowledgeable. All questions and concerns were answered to my satisfaction prior to beginning work. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Clean up of job site was exemplary. and final cost matched bid (even though I expanded scope in a very minor fashion). All in all the experience exceeded my expectations, and I wish all contractor experiences were like this.

I had no idea the work had been done for about 3 days (I enter through the garage). They had come out, raised the sidewalk, and cleaned up while I was at work. Looks good and was done quickly.

One section of sidewalk concrete had sunk and would pool water next to my house. After raising the section, the water now flows away from my house.

Minnesota concrete lifting was on time and on budget. They raised a sunken front step, which was an exposed aggregate cement. They spent extra time matching the existing and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Jordan and his team.

Extremely impressed by the service provided. They were kind, respectful and efficient. They cleaned up all of their mess. The men that came out to my home were professional and provided complete perfection in their work. We would highly recommend this company. The neighbors were not disrupted and my family was not inconvenienced during the process. The final presentation after their service was performed was absolutely flawless. They were able to transform an extremely hazardous patio into an area where my young children can now play. Our patio was horrible before they arrived. We actually negotiated $2,500 off the selling price of our home because our patio was not level. We have to cross the patio each time we enter the residences from the garage, and it was something that needed immediate attention. We had several companies out to give us quotes and options. We were told that it would be impossible to lift and told that we had to replace completely. Two companies told us they could lift the patio and quoted is five times what we paid MN Concrete... Literally 5 times as much. Minnesota Concrete Lifting had zero trouble completing the job. After they left, even though it was 60 degrees out, my children went outside and set up their little blue pool that they had not been able to use previously on the patio. I could go on and on raving about how satisfied we are. Do not hesitate to hire Minnesota Concrete Lifting. You will not be disappointed.

Great response! They were out to my house as soon as they possibly could due to weather. I had sidewalk that had washout underneath. They leveled it, now its solid! When I bought the coupon on Angies list. They didn't need more money, or try to upsell me. They just completed the work and called to let me know it was done. i didn't even need to meet them there or get a bid or anything. Simple and efficient, just the way I like it!

Jordan was able to give an accurate quote with just pictures. He was able come about a week after I called to schedule the work. (Unlike a more expensive competitor from Pine Island that quoted more than 2 months.) The crew arrived at the scheduled time and did the work quickly and perfectly. He did a slight adjustment of a nearby section, that was not in the original quote and did not increase the price. Very skilled, obviously very experienced, they made adjustments to their methods to optimize the result. None of the 4 sections cracked during the process. They completely cleaned up after the work.

Jordan and his crew arrived around 7:30 and were finished by 9. He went over the plan in detail before they started and talked with me about expectations/warranties after they finished. very professional job and i especially appreciated their punctuality.
