Personable, professional, timely, and accountable on the front end and through the install. Great service UNTIL I needed them to return to fix the *clunking* sound that arose after the installation. Crickets. This turned a 5-star rating into a 3.

They were great and fast! They came out, I hired them, and they had the work done within a week.

VERY happy with them! I received quotes from a total of 5 companies and they are the only ones who came to my house, discussed my options and gave me a written quote immediately. With Covid19 going to homes to do quotes can be tricky, but Tyler showed up with his mask on and socially distanced. He was very personable and took the time and to discuss my options, very professional and efficient. I was considering tankless and tank water heaters, I went with the tankless. On day of install; he laid tarps to protect my floors from him coming in and out of the house, install went faster than expected, and when one of the guys (Tyler or his helper) meowed to my cat.....that confirmed I had made the right choice.

The company reached out very quickly. They were able to send someone within a day or two and worked around my schedule. Tyler was very professional and installed the water heater quickly. He also suggested other services they could provide as I talked about other issues I was experiencing. I appreciated it.

We had a bit of an emergence. Mike's was able to locate the exact water heater we had decided on after much research. This was a bit of a mess to get in a tight spot. It required a lot of cutting and removing the pipe, then replacing the needed pipes. The staff was amazing! Super personable, they checked the air conditioner and turned it up too. Then they were able to come out late that day to solve another issue. I highly recommend Mike's. The pricing is on the high side (thus the 4.5), but the service is worth it to me.
