Description of Work: I purchased a $59 Big Deal for a 24-Point Winter Furnace Inspection and Cleaning. I wasn't here when they did the work, but I everything went fine to my knowledge. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal. I felt the price was good.

Description of Work: He came to look at an air conditioner and discovered that it was still under warranty. He was honest about it, so we called the company that it was under warranty with. I believe we still have the Big Deal available to use.

Description of Work: Replaced gas valve in furnace. The tech was about an hour late but he called to let me know he'd be late and made sure that was ok. Originally I was told they'd have to come back the next morning to make repairs but they had the needed part on hand so the tech came back about an hour later! The repair went smoothly and we haven't had any issues since.
