Description of Work: They tuned up two air conditioners and added coolant to one of them. I purchased the tune ups as an Angie's List Big Deal. The only issue I had was that they did not get back to me in the 2 day window after purchase. I had to chase them down to schedule the appointment. Once an appointment was scheduled they arrived on time and the work was done well.

Description of Work: They did a 20 point check on my air conditioner; i.e. cleaned the condenser, checked the coolant, checked the furnace. They were very thorough. I am using them again tomorrow to replace the disconnect box for my air conditioner and cleaning the coil on my furnace. They arrived on time, were very professional, and did a great job. I was very happy with them.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List Deal and had a technician out to do a tune up on our a/c. He found one problem and replaced a part for me. When we turned on our air for the first time about a month later the whole outside of the unit froze up and stopped working. I called for service and they told me they were booked for more than a week. When I told them they had done a tune-up recently they got me on the schedule for the following day- fixed the problem and didn't charge me anything! I was very pleased with their responsiveness and willingness to stand behind their work. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They came in to inspect my A/C unit. They showed up quite a while before I was home, and I told them exactly when I'd be home. Not too much a problem since it was outside anyway. I asked for a follow-up call in mid-June, since that is when I'd be able to have a thorough cleaning done. They did that almost a month early, so I don't really have the information needed.

Description of Work: Very good service. Did an inspection inside and out of air conditioner and coils, cleaned it and made sure it was working properly before he left. He offered some good advice about maintaining the air conditioner through the seasons to keep in clean and in good condition.
