See above statement.
Description of Work: This service provider replaced a very expensive variable speed blower on a 3 year old high efficency furnace. This did not solve my furnace issues. I had a different company come out after the blower was replaced only to find out that the blower was never the issue. I paid al ot of money for a blower replacement that should not have happened and it did not solve the original problem. I would not recommend using this company.

Description of Work: Two furnaces and a water heater were installed in my rental duplex. The work was completed expeditiously and in a timely manner. The problem arose when the inspector said that the furnaces were too large for the units and needed to be changed out. The inspector and the contractor were not coming to agreement about the furnaces, and a citation was slapped on the front door of my building. They said if the situation isn't corrected they would come back and condemn the building. My nerves are on end because there's nothing I can do myself. I have to rely on the contractor to do the right thing. Time is running out and the issue is still not resolved yet.

Description of Work: Inspected/cleaned my furnace. Asked about the furnace being loud, he diagnosed it easily and did not pressure me into additional services. In fact, after asking me some questions he recommended NOT purchasing an expensive part. Instead suggested waiting a few years.
