Came out on time, replaced blower and completed it within an hour. He was professional and responsive and resolved the problem promptly for what seemed to be a reasonable price. His labor was $95 and the rest was the part.

Mark arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problems, offered the remote kit at a very reasonable price. Did a good job, was quick and pleasant.

Good. I did use Mark during the off season, so I had to work a little around his schedule, but ended up working out great. He was really fast and took the time to show me all about the pilot light and re-lighting it, etc. He was the least expensive out of anyone at $95.00 for this service and I would most definitely use him again.

Our gas fireplace gaskets were reduced to dust. We were told by multiple fireplace retailers that this particular manufacturer was no longer in business and were unable to provide replacement gaskets. Assuming our only course of action was to purchase a new fireplace, we started shopping around. We found that the prices were beyond what we were willing to spend and started looking into fixing the existing fireplace. We called Mark from a reference given by another fireplace company, who did not service our area. Mark was prompt, congenial and helpful. We are very happy with the service Mark provided.

Very helpful; also cleaned our fireplace glass on two fireplaces and gave clear instructions on what we should do in the future. Also, he made a special effort to come do the repair before a party we had scheduled.

Mark was on-time, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He showed me how to light the pilot light and tips about the fireplaces. I had called 4 other places who would only service fireplace name brands that they sold, plus they wanted upwards of $250 for a service call.
