Called to have an outlet relocated, an under cabinet light repaired and the electrical panel examined due to the fact that a number of breakers continually were shutting off. After three calls and three messages, I finally received a return call. I was told they would need to look at their schedule and call me back. The return call happened three days later. The work was scheduled for 1 1/2 weeks out. The outlet was moved to my satisfaction. However they did not have the parts necessary to fix the light fixture and they said they repaired the breaker but upon their departure I immediately discovered this was not done. While I was told they would call when the parts came in for my light, this never happened. I received a bill indicating all services had been performed. I called and left a message explaining that the work had not been completed and I had not received a call about parts. A week later when I had not received a return call, I called again. This time I received a call back and service was scheduled for three days later. My two hour window of time came and went without so much as a call. Hours later I received a call saying they got busy and were unable to make it. They asked if we could reschedule. I explained that due to their continual lack of professionalism, rescheduling would not be possible. My reason for initially contacting this company was because it was the same company who did the electrical when the house was built. I will not make that mistake again.
