Jay and his team are awesome! He was out on calls when I first called for an appointment, but he called back later the same day. He was still arranging the scheduling of his service calls for the next week (we were not in an emergency situation), but called back exactly when he said he would, and set up an appointment for us the next morning. He and his employee arrived exactly on time to fix our spigot, explained what the problem was and how they would fix it, and got the job done in an hour. It involved cutting the old spigot out of the foundation of the house, and installing a new one. The leak was stopped completely. Their invoice was very detailed as to what the charges were for. They were polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was reasonable to begin with, plus, we used the $25 coupon from Angie's List. We would use Jayco Plumbing again, and recommend them to others, without hesitation!

When we first decided to have plumbing work done, we called two different plumbers for estimates. We called Jayco Plumbing and another plumbing service. Jayco gave us an estimate and the other plumbing service said they could not beat Jayco's price so we better just use Jayco. After we got the estimate and decided to use Jayco, Jayco said they could be out to the house to do the job in two days, which seemed pretty quick. We scheduled an appointment for Monday at 8am. Most contractors can't find our house because it is a newer development. They call for directions and are always late. Jayco arrived to the house on Monday at 7:45am and waited in his van until 8am. We were very impressed by this. Not only did Jayco find our house without calling us for directions, he showed up early! Then he sat in his van so he would be right on time! This never happens with contractors. Jayco came into the house and got right to work. Jayco seemed very knowldgeable and completed the job quickly and correctly. We were also very impressed that Jayco honored a $25 off angies list coupon. Jayco Plumbing does great work. They clean up after themselves, and don?t nickel and dime. Also, everything that has to be done is thoroughly explained.

I was very impressed with the quick response to our issue and the help answering our questions. Jason was on time, very clean and respectful of our home. He left the area cleaner than it was and the price was fair. I was very grateful for how quick they were able to get it done, I was honestly losing sleep wondering if the water main was going to start leaking everywhere in my finished basement. I can sleep easy now that it is dry as a bone.
