Worst security company in the Midwest. After being awaken by the police at 1:30 am, no alarm going off in tje house I spoke with the President of the firm Jerry Becher to explain there was an issue with our alarm system. I was basically told there was nothing wrong, could have been a lightning strike and they refused to service their equipment without charging me a service fee and an hourly rate. We have been clients for less than a year. Here was the email I received today. Folks if you value the safety of your family do not use this firm. Did you have a specific date you wanted to cancel service? If not please accept this as 30 days notice that I will be terminating your service per the requirements of our monitoring agreement. Your equipment will be set to the default settings for any new vendors to use. Your account balances will either be pro-rated or refunded depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

Exceptionally well. Mike, the electrician was on time, friendly, trustworthy and very tidy. He worked very efficiently and tried to be unobtrusive. He went out of his way to get the appropriate wall plate for our fans. The appointment was easy to schedule and we have no concerns to report.

It was great. They had great follow up, the work estimate was precise. The work quality was excellent. I don't really know anything about this stuff and they handled. Finished install looks very very nice. I highly recommend them.

Bob promptly assessed the job and gave a quote of up to $4000. This was an unusual job in that it involved a lot of clean up and eliminaton of special wiring for an extensive outdoor Christmas display that was not longer being done, and the originator was not available to answer questions. It was a rather pesky job that some larger contractors would not be interested in doing. The two workers spent over two full days removing outlets, rewiring, installing cover plates, etc. The workers were friendly and accommodating but at times did not seem totally confident in how to proceed. After completing the work, I found some outlets that had not been covered, and I had some questions about some of the switches for yard lights. They sent one of the workers back out to correct the issues and walk through the switches with me again. Overall, I found them very good to work with.

They were prompt, did the work as asked at the promised price! They were the cheapest which doesn't always mean the best, but in this case it was! We would definitely fire them again and recommend them to everyone!
