 + -1 moreDon't EVER ask for a delivery on a Friday afternoon!!!!! The driver showed up on Friday afternoon at 3:00 and was in a huge hurry. He got in and out of his truck several times to make sure branches didn't touch his truck. He asked me to hold some branches back. I tried to explain how I wanted a small pile towards the end of the driveway and the rest layered 3" up the hill. He was in such a rush he wouldn't listen. Before I could get his attention after the last time he jumped into his truck, he dumped the entire load in a pile at the BOTTOM of our small hill. He layered NOTHING!!!! My son and I spent the next two days wheelbarrowing loads UP the hill!!! This driver was an absolute xxxxx. I will NEVER order from Hassan Sand and Gravel again and will warn all of our neighbors to look elsewhere as well. Be forewarned: speed is their priority, customer satisfaction is NOT. Once he dumped the gravel there was nothing else I could do. If dumping at the BOTTOM of the hill was my only choice, I would have canceled the order.
