I highly recommend them. Ben was personable, comfortable, and patient as we worked through the design and estimate. The project manager, Warren, was responsive, timely, and kind throughout the project. The project was done on time and right on budget. It could not have gone more smoothly; we made the right choice with Craftsman's. And, we are thrilled with just how great everything looks!

Craftsman's Choice installed a brand new roof & James Hardie soffits & fascia. Our house looks amazing! Everything about the process was professional- from Mike & Cal- the project managers to the installers. The crew was friendly & timely- plus our yard was cleaned up very well. We had always prompt & courteous communication & work was completed on time. We would highly recommend this company to any of our friends & family. We hope to use them in the future for a siding project.

The installation of the siding was done very professionally and we are very pleased. They cleaned up the site very well. We would highly recommend Craftsman's Choice. We are also happy with the new gutters, soffits and facia we had replaced. We had windows replaced and they were all defective through no fault of Craftsman's Choice. So we did go with a different vendor for our windows.

The project was excellent from start to finish. The installers are true craftsman who showed up every day, worked hard and cleaned up at the end of the day. Once they started with our house, they never left to work on another house, they stayed with us until the project was completed, which took about three days. The supervisor for the crew was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend Craftsman Choice as a siding contractor.

We were completely happy with Craftsman's Choice from start to finish. One of the big items of concern for us was that the main job had us at the top of our budget limit, and we didn't have a lot of extra money for repairs. Mike did a great job of estimating the maximum amount we'd be likely to incur for damage repair based on his many years of experience. In the end we spent a little less than his worst case scenario estimate, and less than 5% of the job price in total. The front office was flexible with us in our payment schedule, as some of the financing was taking a little bit longer to come through than we had planned. We very much appreciated their willingness to work with us on that. The only thing that could have gone a little better was caused by an internal communication issue over a city permit that delayed the project by a week or two. But hey, these things happen and in no way did it impact our overall satisfaction with Craftsman's Choice. Many neighbors have commented about how great the house looks, and what an amazing transformation Craftsman's Choice achieved. Our house went from being one of the eyesores of the neighborhood to the shining jewel!

Working with Craftsman's choice was pleasant from start to finish. From the initial estimate, to design choices, to the final product, we were completely satisfied. They were flexible with us as we were working through getting our financing lined up, and we were very appreciative of that. The only thing that could have gone a bit better was a communication mixup about the approval of one of the permits from the city. The job was delayed a couple of weeks because of that, but honestly we understand that these things happen. When we signed the initial contract we were at the top of our budget range so we were a bit nervous about the potential of overruns due to change orders for damage repairs that would be needed. Mike was able to give us a good perspective, based on years of experience, about how much the repairs were likely to cost. When the final bill came in, it was remarkably close to his estimate. While the overall cost was high, we were able to negotiate on some items and they did not try to pressure us into completing options that would have driven the price up. For those reasons, we graded the overall Price as an "A". Our house looks great, and MANY neighbors have commented about what an amazing transformation Craftsman's Choice was able to achieve.

He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous and spent quite a bit of time with me going over the entire exterior. He did not even charge me for the visit.

I was contacted twice by Craftsman's Choice as a dealer referral from Andersen Windows, thru a phone call and two days later via email. I spoke to Cyndal Fletcher who stated they were not interested in any customers spending less than $5000.

The total thing cost me over $14000. The work crew was fine. The problem is he couldn't control the crew that came out and they didn't show up at all. We also asked them to please not work after 8 o'clock at night because there would be people that have babies. The total cost was double what I anticipated. They need to explain things to the customer better.

Courteous on the phone, however I was pretty clear on what I needed in my initial message. They should've told me up front via Angie's list messaging that they didn't do that type of work. I'm finding a lot of contractors on Angie's list that are not following up on requests, so i feel the need to get the message out to other users.

Mike gave me great ideas that he knew I would like. He understood my tastes. I have not had the work done yet due to personal reasons. But I will use them when I am ready.

Setting up the initial appointment was easy enough. A representative was sent out to our location to see the damage and provide an estimate for the repair. After the initial onsite inspection, we attempted to call and email on multiple occasions and did not receive any call backs or responses.

CCI was great to work with. They know their stuff and the work is quality. We love our new home exterior. They were in the middle of the pack for quotes, and I arranged for the masonry and plumbing work, but they arranged everything else. No monetary overage occurred. Jeff is an amazing project manager. He is the definition of "Git r Done." I will say that I had to project manage a few times to push for dates and updates, but all in all, it all got done and it got done well. Do not hesitate; use CCI.

Because of a communication problem, there was no follow-up. Ben, who had done fine work for my daughter, later called me and apologized for the problem.

Good communication. If things changed e.g. due to weather I received a prompt email or call. Everyone knew what they were doing and had good people skills.

They were very professional and prompt. I enjoyed having them work on my house. They were easy to work with and above all listened to me. Every night they would clean the site before they left for the day. The salesman, Mike Ziegler, was easy to work with and showed us lots of examples. We kept him busy because we were picky about how we wanted the house to look. We were also looking at another contractor but he wasn't listening to us and was going in a direction we were not happy with. Mike gave us an amazing reference list that was probably 20 pages long with addresses and descriptions of their past projects. This was very helpful to us especially in choosing color for the siding. Their reference list would tell what color was put on different houses and we could drive to those locations and look at the color. That proved to be more useful than looking at the tiny colors in the brochure. Jeff Witt, was the project manager who kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. He coordinated all of the contractors (stonework, carpenters, windows, insulation, etc.). There were some other things that we needed done (electrical and gutters) that they also lined up for us and we paid those contractors separately. This was a big project for us and we changed our mind on things during the process. They were flexible enough to accommodate our wishes. When the project was done Jeff and I had a final walk through to make sure I was completed satisfied with the results. I appreciated that. We made 3 payments to them, an initial payment to start the project and order the windows, a second payment halfway through and the last payment after the final walk through. I was very pleased with the outcome.

He was on time and gave me lots of great advice and suggestions. If I had not received a lower bid, I would have used this company.

We have used this vendor before in replacing some sliding glass doors. We had such a good experience then that they were our preferred vendor on this project. Keith worked with us over several days to pick out the door we needed and liked the best. He provided several choices in which he clearly explained the pros and cons of each choice as well as our options. The door arrived on the day they stated and the crew arrived on time and on the day agreed to. The crew did a fantastic job. They were friendly and very professional. The work was done quickly and with great care. The job site was cleaned up; you would not have known that there had been any construction done there. What we have always like about this contractor is the little extra value they provide. They took a pair of shutters off the house and painted them to match the color of the door. We had asked for the matching paint when we placed the order but had planed to do the work ourselves. This type of little extra service puts them in a special class. We were delighted with our new door and again with this company. We would use them again.

We met with Mike (sales person) at our home. Mike was very professional and attentive. We had a list of questions, and also gave him several 13" x 19" computer renderings of exactly what we wanted to have done. We were very prepared. Mike answered all of our questions. Craftsman's Choice also has some nice features such as having your project in the cloud so you can just check on when different segments of your job is being scheduled. They also provide you with a very detailed bid. We received Mike's bid via an email. We had originally started out with three businesses all chosen from a very extensive and detailed search of many sites including Angie's List. One of the businesses we eliminated because they would not email a bid, but wanted a face-to-face meeting to present the bid, which we did not want. Both remaining businesses (Craftsman's Choice and one other) were extremely competitive in their bids. We (my wife and I) finally made a 12 category questionnaire in which we could grade each business between a 1 and a 10. Both businesses came out exactly the same average points. Better in some areas, worse in others. We finally went with the other firm only because of several Angie's List reviews that indicated a similar problem with Craftsman's Choice, but this was minor. We emailed Mike informing him we had chosen another firm. Mike emailed us back and was very professional and even asked how he could improve his presentation. We are very sure that we would have been pleased with the work if we had chosen Craftsman's Choice. But in the end you have to choose one business. Both were extremely competitive in pricing and professional in their presentation. And if the other business (which did not have those few negative reviews) did not exist, we would have gone with Craftsman's Choice without hesitation. In the end it was a "gut decision" and one which was hard for us to make.

We got them from Angie's List. It was a lot.

Owner came to do estimate, was able to match siding, and work with insurance company. Good communication and work done on time. I would use him again.

Everything went well! The team installing the doors was there pretty late on a Friday night to get the work wrapped up. Craftsman's Choice was even able to find the right sized doors (for a 1900-built home) without needing to order custom, which saved me a lot of money. Although Energy Star rated and steel, the back door is still in the right style for the house. The front porch looks better than I could have imagined. It's hard to tell from a little sample of the Azek material, so I was nervous the end result might look plastic or too fake. The product looks great and it looks just like wood! (except I won't have to pressure wash and stain it every year) Overall, Craftsman's Choice was easy to work with and they really know what they are doing. I will definitely use them again for any future house projects.

The whole process was excellent, from Sales to the Management to the installation and post installation follow-up. All the staff were professional, friendly and eager to make this a great experience. I'm very happy with the whole job and would highly recommend
