We are so happy with the work Craftsman's Choice Inc. did on our home. Our wood siding was replaced with James Hardie siding and trim including soffits, fascia and new shutters. The process from beginning to completion was professional and thoughtful. Until the last few years we had always done all of our home remodeling ourselves so we really appreciated the tremendous amount of work this project involved. From our first meeting with Mike to the last, we appreciated his experience and knowledge. Jeff, the project manager was also excellent and did a great job coordinating everything. The foreman Ivan was pleasant to work with and the excellent team work reflected well on him and all levels of personnel involved. There was excellent communication and clean up throughout the time this work was done. We also appreciated the referral and coordination with the company who replaced our gutters and downspouts. We would highly recommend Craftsman's Choice to neighbors and friends.

They fantastic work, always very professional. Keeping us posted on progress and possible extra charges. We had some rot and ant damage which they repaired expertly. Always very careful regarding landscaping, or inside and clean up completely. The products they use are top of the line and priced reasonably. One window had some damage to the wood, they fixed so perfectly you would never know it was there. Very accommodating to our schedule and on time.

The manager/rep was great about showing up during the two day job. He responded promptly to our complaints and addressed them the best he could. The team had scuffed our stucco when they were stripping shingles. Our representative came with different paints to cover up the minor blemishes. They also damaged a shrub. Our representative offered to have it dug up and replaced or take off the amount from our bill. Overall the new roof looks great. I've experienced another roofing job, and the team was not as neat with their work. With this job, I'm still finding a few bits of old shingle scraps (including nails) around the perimeter of the house, but you have to expect some of that.

Limited problems a little slower to respond than I liked but all problems resolved

The crew was polite, the price was fair, and they finished the project quickly. They kept us informed and dealt with the challenges our old house presented. We had originally contracted another company to perform the work..but that company bailed on us (and ignored our phone calls) when they realized there were complications with installing our gutters. Craftsmans Choice did a great job and our gutters look great!

Our old garage was literally sinking into the ground, so we new we needed to replace it. We shopped around for years and ultimately got a bid from Craftsman because they had done such great work with other window and woodworking projects we've had. They came in at about the same price as two of our other lowest estimates, but with higher quality materials (HardiePlank instead of vinyl siding, etc) and we knew that they take pride in their work and were easy to work with. So we went with them. They tore down the old garage, laid the new foundation and framed it up in 2 weeks--it was lighting fast. After that, there was a bit of a delay in getting the siding up and finishing the project, but overall it was inordinately fast, about 4-5 weeks until final inspection, and all of our neighbors were surprised by the speed, quality and professionalism of the crew. The final product is beautiful, they are one of the best companies in the country for installing HardiePlank, the garage is extra tall, with an 8 foot tall door, 2x6 construction, plenty of storage room, and everything that we wanted. We had a fence that connected to the old garage and Craftsman even took care of moving the door and a panel to make it work with the new garage (larger footprint), as well as removing a bush to make a new path along side the garage. They took care of all the little details and didn't nickel-and-dime us, they just looked at it as one project that they wanted to do to our complete satisfaction, and they did so. We will definitely keep using them for any project they'll do and strongly recommend them. We have used a lot of contractors over the years to work on our old house, and they are the best in terms of a combination of quality/professionalism/price.

Had two separate crews come out (one for windows, one for outdoor project). Both crews were respectful of our property. The entire project took approximately 3-4 weeks (had to deal with rainy weather). The company provides you with an online work order/project timeline that I really appreciated. They also took a picture of our house (before) and then we could use their online rendering to 'play' with colors and different stone. Windows: I liked that they would color-match the interior wood frame of the windows with three samples and we chose the one we thought matched best! The windows have been great and are easy to clean. So pleased with them! Siding: Absolutely love the siding and rock/stonework that was done. They did a fantastic job. We chose a darker gray for the front (Aged Pewter) which was introduced that season and love the color, with a light color for the remainder of the house (Cobblestone). Very pleased with the colors. *** Note: had to have them come out a few weeks ago to do some minor 'repair' and 'redo' some of the caulking (it bubbled). Their warranty and service came out and took care of it right away... after a year. *** Looking for a James Hardie specialty installer in the Twin Cities area? Look no more. Work was done on time, clean up was excellent, communication was excellent.

Craftsman’s Choice, Mike Ziegler, Jeff Witt and the team did an excellent job with our Hardie Siding project. Mike helped us re-create the style of the siding on our 106 year old home. Mike and Jeff, the project manager communicated well and made sure the details were taken care of promptly, no matter how small. We highly recommend Craftsman’s Choice and Mike. They also have 10 year warranty on their work.

Amazing. Wonderful. Every step of the process was professional. At our first meeting, all of our wants and expectations were laid out clearly and we were shown past work and presented with a very large list of referrals. At the second meeting we were given a clear, detailed bid, where it was clear all of the issues we had mentioned in the first meeting had been heard and factored in. The job went smoothly, any time there was an issue with our house (there was rot in our garage- it's an old house) we were told right away and were told what the steps would be to fix the problem. The job was completed on time. Clean up was exceptional, with two young kids, once the project was done we were out making sure that there was no debris that would find its way into little hands, and we found nothing. Not a single errant nail. Every interaction with every person associated with the company highlighted professionalism, trustworthiness and commitment to quality work. When coming home, I now love turning the corner on my street; I get so excited to see my house, which now feels welcoming.

Outstanding service and quality. We have had Craftsman complete several projects for us over the years and highly recommend them. This project involved replacing 5 windows, and they did it quickly, efficiently, at a good price, and the craftsmanship is very high quality. They used Marvin windows, replaced 4 with new full-frame windows, and 1 insert.

They were good. They had a nice folder with information. The guy was very professional. The estimate came back a little later than I expected it but no huge deal. Estimate for partial was $5000, $15000 for all siding.

Project managers were good at communicating process, timeline, etc. Solid work, willing to touch up a places from the attic. Roof was installed in December. Came back to finish cleaning up the yard in March. Looks great and no issues!

Well we talked to Keith the salesman very nice and helpful. Then when we decided to go with Craftsman's Choice and signed the papers it was a while before they got started because they are quite busy which is a good thing I think. Well once they got started, everything went quickly. Ryan is the project manager and whenever I had a question or concern he addressed right away and all went well. Warren the window specialist did the measuring and over saw the installation. Eric and Ben the installers did a great job . They had to work around a lot people and stuff and never complained. I highly recommend Craftsman's Choice for home repairs.

We were pleased with the service. I have no problem. The workers were just fabulous. They did just an excellent job. The only problem I had was after we were all done, they sent me a bill for an additional $500 3 months later. That was an issue. They were easy to work with. They went above and beyond. They pointed out the issues and took care of them.

The repair was done in stages and took a year to complete. They did a great job! They provided an accurate quote, worked with our insurance company to get things covered and gave us time to pay in full. We did get frustrated with our direct rep but found the owner pleasant to work with. I would work with this group again because they did do a quality job.

Design and order process went very smooth. Installation went very well and quite fast. The team was very friendly and extremely clean.

I contacted Craftsman's Choice after I had a bad experience with another contractor. Marc came out to discuss what work I was looking for. He was very respective to my requests and understood what I wanted to do. I got the quote back a couple of weeks later and it came in significantly below the other contracts quote for the same windows. Warren contacted me about the install and even stopped by the day before the install to make sure everything was in place. The installers we polite and professional. Thanks again Craftsman's Choice, I will be contacting you the next time I need more windows replaced.

Craftsman's Choice Inc did a fabulous job on our roof and siding. CCI made the whole process effortless for us. The project was done with great workmanship, on time and for the amount quoted to us, no surprises. They cleaned up everything when they were done too. From Amber in the office and Keith the salesman to Ryan and the labor crew everyone is very nice and helpful. We couldn't be happier with the end result. These days its hard to find a honest company with hard working employees and quality products. We highly recommend contacting Craftsman's Choice Inc. If you need any work done on your house.

After my last two contracted projects that turned out to be absolute nightmares, i found Craftsman's Choice through reading reviews online. I am so pleased with the work they did, it was everything i expected when hiring someone to work on my home. The salesman, Marc, and project manager, Ryan, were both very professional and a pleasure to work with, as well as the installers and Warren, the measuring guy! They answered all questions, communicated any issues effectively and in a timely manner. They were on the job when they said they would be, did everything that was expected in the timeframe they gave me. I had windows, door, siding and roof replaced on a 3-season porch and it was all completed within a week. The quality of the work is top-notch and they have restored my faith that there is such a thing as a good contractor!!! I will definitely use them again if i have work that needs to be done!
