Description of Work: They came and gave me an estimate for new siding and insulation. However I was unable to proceed with the work on my end. They were very knowledge able and I will definitely keep them in mind for the future.

Description of Work: The new roofing was fine but I was told that the warranty from both Craftsman and the shingle manufacturer would be transferable. I asked everyone I spoke to this question (salesman, project leader, office). When I got my warranty, the Craftsman work warranty was not transferable. I called the office and when I asked about this, I was told that the Craftsman warranty was never transferable! How could they not understand my question? I specifically told the salesman that I was going to sell my house this year and that I chose their company because both warranties were transferable. The office person never got back to me on the matter.

Description of Work: Replaced old gable siding with James Hardie shingles. The team that did the tear down and install was courteous, worked quickly, and cleaned up after each day. The result is a beautiful re-siding!

Description of Work: Was on the higher end, bid wise, for my project. Figured they'd be worth it since the bid documents, and referrals they had looked great. All windows replaced, and Hardi siding. Project was a complete disaster. The crew they had come measure the windows really knew what they where doing, but when my project started, they sent a window crew out that had never installed windows before. One of the kids on the window crew I found standing on my bed to over insulate a window. They left a mess, installed windows horribly. They had to reinstall them twice. It was evident they had no idea what they where doing. They destroyed stuff they didn't have to actually touch to do that job, so they had to replace a bunch of stuff. Project that should have been done in a few weeks ended up taking over a year. Sales guy was nice, but disappeared handing the project over to the project manager who never took notes and needed to be reminded constantly of "what was left to do". Don't hire these guys.

Description of Work: Had two bedroom 4-paned windows replaced. Very responsive to initial bid and for execution of the job. Very professional and friendly. Very satisfied with service and will use them again.

Description of Work: My mother's roof was damaged when a limb fell on it. Mike Ziegler with Craftsman's Choice, Inc. came over the day after we purchased the Big Deal. We were very impressed with his promptness, professionalism, and personable manner. Mike provided a high quality quote presentation. The ONLY reason my mother decided not to go with Craftsman's Choice, Inc. is that the square footage on her roof turned out to be much more than we thought and therefore the pricing was more than what she wanted to pay.

Description of Work: They replaced the roof on my house and also on my garage, which also included some trim back of the back wall soffit on the garage to separate my garage roof from the neighbor's. It was a 2-layer tear off on both structures and the sheathing underneath the shingles on the house was in bad shape due to age. The crew was great, they were fast, efficient, friendly, answered all my questions and did an excellent job of clean up. | |The roof looks great and I would definitely recommend Craftsman's Choice.
