It was spotless when she was finished. We are very happy with her service.

She does great work. She is excellent and is very efficient. She doesn't stand around and talk to you. She is on time. She is a pretty in depth cleaner. She is doing what I am paying her for. There is probably a few spot areas for improvement but for the most part, I would give her an A. She calls before she comes and checks to make sure. She calls around holidays to ask if there is any chance of change in the day because of the holidays. She is very easy to work with as far as which day you would like her to come. She is very polite, kind, considerate and punctual.

She is very thorough and follows up with a phone call or email if there are questions or concerns. I have no complaints and she is dependable.

I got Ann's house cleaning flyer one day and needed help getting my house clean for a Christmas party that very week. She was very accommodating the first time, and that has proved to be her signature every time. She is prompt and efficient and uses her own supplies. I would recommend her to anyone in the Maple Grove area.
