Description of Work: I have contracted three times. Emailed once, no response. Called spoke to a person took my info and what was going on and said someone would call me. After a month of not receiving a call I called again. Same person, was told the same thing. Never got a call back or anything.

Description of Work: Dug out foundation to base and sealed walls that joined due to addition. Put dirt back. Sealed exposed walls' joining in basement. They did a thorough and neat job - no water since. They also reworked some of the exposed sump plumbing. |Only complaint is that one of the guys stepped on and crushed our long gutter extension. They did put it back when they finished.

Description of Work: Contacted contractor to come out for inspection. The person who took my name said she'd call back with a time. Two weeks later she called back and suggested a mid-day appointment, which I'd previously explained was not an option. She said again that she'd get back to me, and I've not heard back since.

I have a problem with a small amount of water entering the wall of my home caused by a concrete slab that was sinking. I called Basement Water Controlled. The company was very friendly and responsive. The estimator came out and reviewed the issue and was extremely helpful. He explained that the job wasn't really right for the type of waterproofing that the company usually performs but he gave me suggestions as to how to correct the problem going forward. The estimator was very professional and based on my experience, I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.
