 + -1 moreNo problem with the technicians. We ended up selling the house five months after we paid $500 for the upgrade to the system. We asked them several times to remove the system prior to the closing, which they did not do. They did not deprogram the system for 3 months after we sold the house. They are trying to collect the remainder of the monitoring contract from us even though their own contract says if you sell the house you can cancel. They wanted us to pay another $455 ($290 lower than their normal price) to put another system in our new house - because they couldn't get their act together to remove the old one like we asked. Then they want us to sign another three year monitoring contract with them instead of living up to our end of the original term. We have spent more than a year trying to resolve this and get nowhere because phone calls are not returned and emails go unanswered. No company is worth the amount of hassle we have incurred with them.

 + -1 moreSalesperson that called on us was excellent. They helped to assess what exactly we needed without going overboard. We have had them install systems in two of our houses. I would recommend their upgrade for the control panel; it is just easier to operate. They seem to be the lowest cost of monthly monitoring I have found. They also provide a referral bonus for one month of service.
Description of Work: They installed a security, motion and fire alarm system and provide regular monitoring of our house. We specifically wanted the doors to "ping" so we knew when our small children were leaving the house.

MY OLD ALARM WAS 6 YEARS OLD. HE GAVE GOOD INSTRUCTIONS ON ALL ASPECTS OF MY ALARM SYSTEM AND I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THE SYSTEM WHEN HE LEFT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A IN-EXPENSIVE ALARM SYSTEM.

I WAS TRAINED ON THE SYSTEM. $99 INSTALLATION, $21.99 PER MONTH FOR MONITORING. $75 EACH FOR KEY FOBS TO DISABLE ALARM. PRICES WERE CHEAPER THAN OTHER ESTIMATES RECEIVED. SYSTEM IS UNOBTRUSIVE AND TECHNICIAN CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. CAME OUT TO DO DEMO THE SAME DAY, INSTALLED SHORTLY THEREAFTER. THEY WERE ON TIME FOR BOTH DEMO AND INSTALL AND THEY CALLED TO FOLLOW UP AND SEE HOW I WAS LIKING THE SYSTEM. THEY HAVE THE SAME QUALITY AS THE "BIG GUNS" WITH A LOWER PER MONTH PRICE. THEY ALSO OFFER BILLING OPTIONS; MONTHLY OR QUARTERLY.
