.Switched from ADT to them because of cheaper rates. Experience has been fine haven't had any problems. Customer likes it because when leaving for out of town no worries. When furnace reaches a certain level they are notified and customer likes that.

I was not very exited about it because they did not hook everything up and it is still not hooked up. They said for them to fix it they may need $55. It was a disappointment on part of the work but as far as monitoring, it has been good. The system I had previously was damaged by lightening. When you enter the house, you have to enter the password or a phone call will go to WH Security and they in turn try to reach me on my cell phone to see that everything is okay.

Very well, there hasn't been any problems since they've installed it, it's been working very well. We weren't there when they installed it because it was while the house was being built. Our neighbors referred us to them.

They do everything that I'm expecting them to. They're here when they say they're gonna be. They're fine just as I would expect. They always identify and solve immediately.

It went real way. They left no mess, and no problems.

The workers at WH Security are very helpful, if I have any problems or questions they help right away. They have done a good job.

They charge by how many features you use. I'm just now adding one of these fall detectors. My daughter uses them and she is disabled. She has an assistance dog and they've just done marvelous things so that she is safe in her house. They work with assistance dogs and they work with this kind of problems. She has an alarm system - regular burglar and that type of thing, but she also has a special system as she is disabled.

They were very helpful and walked me through what needed to be done.

They were prompt, knowledgeable and they made sure everything worked before they left. When he put the security system in he spent quite a lot of time in the house and made sure everything was correct when he left and gave us good instructions on the use of it.

They give exceptional service. They are not a cheap service. They are very talented in setting up security for a home.

They're connected to a board. It is being watched all the time by people who know what they're doing. It's not just some guards. If I have any problems or if I set the thing off they'll call. The service people are here real quick too. It's about the best. Both my daughters when they needed for their homes they got it from Wright-Hennepin. It wasn't as expensive as some of these other companies because they already have people who have to be there anyway watching their big boards for the county.

My experience with WH Security has been wonderful. When I set the alarm off, they call. When I have trouble with something not working properly, they come right out. I've had no problems whatsoever with them. They're very accommodating. We've had three updates on it already, so we've had the unit for about 15 years. They know what they're doing. We had problems with connecting it up and when they went to update it. They found that people from Comcast and the cell phone were working in the area. He went over there and talked to them. They checked it and found they had made an error. WH Security really checks into something when it doesn't work when they think it should. They're definitely affordable.

The monitoring center is quick to respond to an emergency alarm. They seem to be well staffed and the price is reasonable. We've had no trouble with them. They have been quick to return calls. They took over for another security company.

I pay about $20 a month for their services. Their service is adequate. Whenever I interacted with them its just fine.

My experience with them has been very adequate. We've never had to use them other than to hook us up. One time, in the year or so that we've been with them, we didn't get to the box in time and they called. One time, the fire alarms went off and they called. I liked that the price was lower than the prior service that we had. They responded adequately the times that something came up. The thing that I like the least is that they're not quite as prominent as some. That doesn't mean they aren't good.

They have been okay. They are quick to respond and they call within 5 seconds. They check it to make sure that everything is working. I am pleased with them. I feel comfortable with it and I have not had any problems with it. We have been with them almost 12 years. I will continue to use them.

They've been really good and I have no complaints. We have them as our power company so I get my security bill on the same bill as my electric bill, they're a lot less expensive than their competitors in the area. We've been using them for about 5 or 6 years. I pay about $32 a month. In addition to the regular monitoring I have a heat and cold sensor in my laundry room so if it gets below or above a certain temperature it alerts the company and they contact me. So if my laundry room gets too cold I know my furnace is out and they'll contact me so I can get someone out here to find out why my room is getting so cold. I have an upgraded wireless sending unit. Usually burglars would cut a wire so I don't need a wire to send a distress call to them.
