Chad was able to schedule me a next day appointment. He let me know how much he charged and approx. how long it would take. He showed up on time and began working right away. He set up remote access using a service called "Log me in" now I am able to access both of my computers from anywhere. He also helped me resolve some issues I was having with my email account and gave me some information on how to possibly make my wireless router signal stronger. I found Chad easy to work with and very knowledgable. I will definitely use Jordan Technical Services again.
Description of Work: I contacted Chad from Jordan Technical Services to install remote access on two computers so that I can access them from my ipads. I also had questions regarding my email account and my wireless router signal.
