garbage collection
+ -1 more1. The trucks strewed garbage and recyclables all through the neighborhood on collection days. One day it took me over 5 hours to pick up my recycle waste that I was spread over a mile and a half from my house 2. Recurrent billing issues The staff was very polite and professional every time I contacted them with a problem. It is unfortunate that the same problems kept recurring 3. It is also unfortunate that WasteManagement keeps buying out local companies that provided much better service. I have cancelled my service with them yet again but I know it is only a matter of time before Waste Managment buys out the local company I am with now and the cycle of problems start all over again
