Problem was solved. We have been using Brogan for over 20 years and been very happy with their service.

His reputation in our community is what we based our decision on. You will get straight forward service with an honest answer. They did do a good job for me.

All went great. Provider is established local firm and advice/explanations were in helpful context. Installation was smooth and relatively quiet, nothing "disruptive" until the gluing process (bad smell). Explained how to use thermostat and answered any questions.

Tom Brogan came a day after I called him the first time. He had installed my new furnace and air conditioner when I bought the house in 2008, so I called him again. I originally was thinking I wanted a booster fan installed in the vents to push the A/C to the upstairs, but he suggested rerouting some of the vents to have them be more efficient which should solve the problem in itself instead of adding the booster fans. At the same time, I was remodeling my upstairs bathroom, so I had him install a new vent fan/light in the bathroom ceiling. He fixed the old, illegal venting from the previous job and made it legal. The inspector signed off right away. His estimate was high, because it was a pleasant surprise when the actual bill came in about $400 cheaper than the estimate. Great guy, Tom. Even the guys that did the actual work, very educational, explained everything they did and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and made minimal mess. They were fast and cordial.

I called Craig Brogan with airflow questions a couple of times; he and his crew know my house and that I am remodeling. He came out and measured and advised. When I asked about dual zones he and Mike B came out to figure out how to retrofit a house, all duct work and return/supply areas. They gave me options and explanations for those options, and did that very well. I was quite comfortable with my decisions. They had to wait for carpenters to remove a few things before they could start. Mike B began the project, Joe joined him halfway through, which they had told me would happen. There are many issues with retrofitting the guts of an old house, and Mike has great patience and humor. It wasn't only the house that caused him to practice patience. He and Joe are both very considerate people, but first of all they do a great job. Brogan's is a terrific company to work with. I highly recommend them!

Mr. Brogan and his excellent crew showed up right on time, worked terrifically together, and answered all questions I had. The job was done perfectly, and I have lived with cooling and heating now -- great system! Very happy.

We couldn't be happier. The salesman gave us good explanations about our choices: what code requirments were and what would have to be upgraded for the installation to meet code. When we agreed to the purchase we scheduled a date. They allowed us to change the date when a problem came up. I was told what I needed to do to be ready when the installers arrived. When the installers arrived they were professional and seemed to enjoy what they do. They did very neat work and the installation looks great. No rude language or actions. They worked quickly but carefully. We are very happy with the work and the equipment works very well.

The job was completed according to the estimated schedule. It was a positive experience. They were good to work with. We've recommended them to other friends as well.

Tom Brogan came out to the house and looked over everything and gave us an estimate. He was right on with the other two estimates that we got. We chose him because along with a competitive estimate he also had the product brand that we desired. Brogan has a very good reputation for good work so we felt comfortable moving ahead with the company. The work was completed on time and exactly as stated. We were very impressed with the installer. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and professional. The work was inspected upon completion. We would not hesitate to refer this company to others in need of heating and a/c services.

The handyman was really professional and had good products, but they price was unfortunately higher than other companies. Everything went fine though with the estimate.

It went on very well. The gentleman came out to check on the furnace that had broken four or five years ago and he replaced the filters. He was very helpful in answering all our questions about another furnace that he wasn't working on.

I wanted them to call me if there would be 'excessive costs', I should have defined that as above $100. So they never called, and the bill came in at $258.00. I wasn't expecting that much. It was too bad my friend, who is a retired HVAC guy, was in Vegas the week. I needed him.

It was -21 F outside when my spouse said "Does it seem cold in here to you?" "YaShure" I countered, as I went to view the thermostat, to find that it was 55 in the house. I went downstairs and stared at the furnace for a few minutes, then called Brogans. They let me know it would be overtime, but I did not see any choice. He arrived 20 minutes later, while I was trying to clear the 24 inches of snow off the driveway to make a path to the house. Within 20 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and repaired. He was polite and professional.
