SPRING GREEN LAWN CARE

I had called for an appointment to check our sprinkler heads. The lady on the phone was very rude and told me she didn't know when an opening would be and would e-mail me a date. I confirmed the date on the e-mail. They never showed up and when I called them they said they had a different day scheduled. She was sooooo rude and unprofessional. I asked to talk to her manager and she said he just left. I asked for him to call be back. She said she would give him the message, I have yet to hear from him, that was 3 days ago.

I am livid at this company. I have used them in the past, but did not want to treat my lawn with chemicals this year. I told them in person when they came to my door that I did not want their service and tried to return their voice mails only to be met with an unanswered phone. I came home yesterday to a sign in the yard indicating that it had been treated and no paperwork. When I called today, they indicated that I had not cancelled my service, which I had actually done in person. I had applied grass seed to my lawn a few days prior to the unwanted application of chemicals, which was plainly visible as the seed is blue, which is now ruined. The person who answers the phone, Maggie, is not a nice person, I have never felt appreciated when I spoke with her.
