Spring-Green Lawn Care

They were the worst lawn service I have ever had. I specifically chose them because they assured me they could give me a 24 hour advanced notice before coming each time. I wanted the notice so I could have my yard picked up and my dog prepared. The first time they showed up with out giving me a notice so I called the office. They told me I was asking for special treatment and making their lives miserable because they had just had a family member pass away and still had several yards to do. It really aggravated me because I only asked for one thing before the service and they threw it back on me.We paid for a year in advance and throughout the summer, my lawn had never looked so bad. The service was horrible, I had weeds coming in for the first time, and my grass wasn't as green. I saw them on the news for killing several people's lawns and they were claiming someone broke into their company and sabotaged their chemicals. I would be very leery of using Spring-Green because of the way the office treats you when you call, they don't live up to the services they offer, and they said calling ahead wouldn't be a problem when it really turned out to be a huge problem. They charged more for the same services than other lawn companies.
