Absolutely terrible! If I could give them zero stars I would. They don't show-up, they dont answer calls and they dont return messages. Avoid at all costs!

Had TWO scheduled appointments for them to come out and fix my whirlpool washer within the last few couple weeks and they didn’t show for either appointment!! They didn’t show for the first app so Whirlpool called to reschedule and to no surprise, they didn’t show for the second app either. I took off work both days to sit around during the four hour window given and not only did they not show up, they never answered my calls, or returned me calls. How is this company still in business? They need to go! WORST SERVICE EVER!

Me. Short took care of everything and even offered care advise on our existing tub.He is courteous and conscientious, and completely trustworthy.

I have used Short's a number of times and have always had great experiences with Ken. He is prompt, fair and professional. Unfortunately he is retiring and the business is being taken over by his sons. I called to have a dishwasher repaired that was not cleaning well. 2 of his sons came, worked on it and charged $90 after "fixing" it. After they left, the top portion of the dishwasher went from not cleaning well to not cleaning at all. No one gets it right 100% of the time the first go around so no big deal. We called to schedule a return visit and it took 5 days to get a call back. They then failed to show up for the appointment or return subsequent calls. Very disappointing to see the change in this once proud business.

My AC unfortunately quit working during the hottest heatwave thus far this Ga summer. The very next day my KitchenAid fridge also stopped working. Short Services was on KitchenAid's list of certified repair companies and also on Angie's List. So I contacted them to make repairs on the fridge. I am so glad that I did. The customer service started with a very pleasant voice over the phone when I called their office to schedule an appointment and it continued throughout the entire ordeal. Ken and his brother showed up on time and were extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the repair needed. They were concise and very down to earth. They never even complained about working in the heat due to the AC being out of commisson. They treated me and my home with respect. It was easy and comfortable doing business with them. I could tell that they truly were trustworthy and it wasn't just an "act" like some companies have a habit of portraying. The fridge has worked great since the repair..like new. They were professional enough to check to see if my repair was covered under the KitchenAid warranty. Even though it wasn't I felt like they earned their fee and were very reasonable. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone. You can't beat good service, honesty, professionalism and fair pricing. They gave me all of those.

I was afraid we wouldn't be able to get a new ice maker. Ken arrived diagnosed the problem and installed one right away. We may have sufficed with just a valve, but Ken said it hadn't cycled properly---so in with a new ice maker.
