I called Mark today from the reviews I saw on Angie's list. I explained that I had a stopped up sink and he immediately gave me some things to try to see if it would work. He said if that didn't work he'd come by in the afternoon. This the first time I've had a plumber charge me NOTHING, give me advice over the phone and unclog my sink! Will definitely give him a call again when I have a plumbing need. Thanks Service Pros Plumbing!

Excellent service, called Tuesday and he came Wednesday. Even got done with a job earlier than expected and was able to come to our place sooner. Did a great job and now we have a usable tub again! Highly recommend!!!

I woke up to water running in the basement and half the basement soggy wet. I called Mark about 7:30 am and he was here within an hour. I had turned off the water main and the water heater as I didn't really know where the water was coming from. He fixed the small leak they could see and once the water was turned back on found the big leak. He knew just where to cut the hole in the ceiling to find it. Mark and Chad were wonderful! Very prompt, clean, knowledgeable and helpful. I will use them again for any plumbing needs that occur.

Mark answered my first e-mail and all seemed well.Later I tried sending e-mails off Angie's list and got no response.He evidently doesn't check this often or just didn't really want the job.He did respond well to phone calls ,at least until the last one. I mentioned I had e-mailed the specifics of what I needed purchased and some days I was available. He said he would check it that night, It's been a week now and nothing. Please don't act nice and wiling to do the job and then blow me off. I wish he would have just said, I don't want the job up front and saved me the time. I had company coming and needed this done.

They arrived on time if not slightly early for the appointment and fixed everything very quickly and efficiently. They were very professional, and they charged a very reasonable price.

We called Mark to repair leaking (gushing) supply lines to a bathroom faucet and he came out in a timely manner. Not only did he replace the supply lines with better quality lines, but he took care of a couple of other plumbing problems while he was at the house. I'd suspected that there was a leak behind the wall of the main floor shower and asked another tradesman to check it out a few months ago. Mark inspected the pipes from an access panel in the adjacent linen closet, found the leak and fixed it. He then replaced leaky valves in the laundry room right above the laundry sink. All of this was completed within an hour, so we only paid $85 for labor!!

A water pipe broke when I was at work (middle of the night), my husband had to turn off the water so our house wouldn't flood and leave for the airport. I called Mark in the morning before I got off work and he was over to fix it right away! A little while later I realized our water heater was off and he came back over and helped me with that! Great price and all on a Sunday!

Mark Nelson did a great job and was very professional. At the time I called him he had a busy schedule and my need was not urgent so we scheduled for about a week out. I had been stood up by other plumbers previously so I was a bit nervous that would happen again. Thankfully, Mark was reliable, professional and got the job done quickly. He went above and beyond and adjusted another faucet handle that was needing adjustment! I had questions about future plans for changing out faucets and sinks and Mark took the time and was patient in answering my questions. I will not hesitate to call Mark Nelson again when I have a plumbing need and I will recommend him to others in my area that need work done.

Mark placed a new gas line from the utility room to the kitchen within 1 hour, when I brought a gas range to replace an electrical range. He worked fast and was very friendly. Luckily the utility room is just below the kitchen so things went well.

Service pro is a one man show company. Gas line connection addition was done sometime in Summer of 08. I hired him because he was very flexible on his timing and was willing to work after 5 PM which was nice since I didn't have to take off from work. Work was done very efficiently and charged around about 75$ plus materials. Second time I called him in spring of 09, he came over to fix broken water pipe and run water line to fridge. He was very fast, he completed both the work in about an hour and charged around 90$ for labor + materials. He uses high quality materials and always cleans up after his completes his job. I have recommended him to my friends and they are all happy about his job.

Excellent work, was done quickly and cleanly. Showed me what was done and features of new freeze proof faucet. This plumber had previously installed a water softener and water heater in my home. I was so pleased with the work done and the reasonable price that I called him back to do this job.
