Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

I have never used this company, but would give 0 stars if I could, just based on the employees. One employee in particular which sets the precedent for they type of people hired here. I encountered a burly man, with reddish hair (no name tag) at Holiday gas station on 37th. This man watched me from across the room like a weirdo, and some how RUSHED me to knock my entire pop out of my hand. He had the audacity to laugh at me and tell I need to watch where I’M going, bud. I didn’t even move and he rush at me. It seemed so purposeful, there is no way it was an accident. Guarantee he wouldn’t have. had that attitude if I was a white man. He tried to P*** me, saying what was that bud? What you gonna do? When I tried to stand up for myself. And he LAUGHED. I highly recommend to find a different company to work with. Especially if your skin color is brown. Racist. Unprofessional. Should not be employed. Can’t believe people like this exist.

Punctual, professional, and cared about doing things right. What more can you ask for? Our main sewer drain was blocked by tree roots. This isn't the first time it's happened in our 89 year-old housd. The plumber had to run the auger through the drain three times because there were several blocked areas, but everything is running like a charm now. I used a $10 coupon that was available on the Roto-Rooter website.

It went great. They removed the snake I had gotten stuck in the drain and then routed out the drain for me. And while they were here, I had them do some other drains also. They were pleasant and got the work done efficiently and left everything clean.

The service was great and friendly they are very professional. I would highly recommend them2c I've had Richester Plumbing and Heating and roto rooter Trained professionals and very fair prices. Several years ago we had them come for a major drain issue, he had it fixed in 30 minutes. He asked if we had anything else after clearing every drain in he house. He told us he ha to charge us for an hour and would feel better if we had more for him. He suggested caulking our shower. My wife accidentally called Mr Rooter a couple years ago and they took $250+ For 10 minutes of work. Do not use MR Rooter. Total rip off.

The plumber first checked the sink (above/below), went to the basement to check the plumbing connections there. He then brought in an enormous machine powered 'snake' and sent it through the kitchen plumbing out to 50 feet twice. He successfully opened the clog. Very pleasant man. Suggested that we put the stopper in the sink, fill it, then let it drain. He said it was the best way to prevent future clogs. He also recommended NOT using antibacterial dish/hand soap as it kills the bacteria in drains that and quot;eatand quot; the food residue left in the pipes.

They did the work within an hour of calling them. We were very satisfied with their service. They showed up on time and did the work they were supposed to. The guy was clean. He had his rags, sheets and other things to make sure he wasn’t making a mess. He did a good job. We would recommend him to somebody else.
