+ -1 moreThey scheduled the visit and show up promptly at the scheduled time. We walked through the project with them and was told we would be getting an email by the end of the week with the estimate. We waited 2 weeks and never heard anything from them. I emailed the office and asked what had happened and why we hadn't heard anything and was told that she would check and get back to me immediately. To date I have not heard from anyone at the company. I also told them to please let me know if it was a job they were not interested in, but I have heard nothing. They have provided services for a number of homes in my neighborhood, so I was a little surprised to hear nothing!
Description of Work: Called the company for the free estimate they advertise.

+ -1 moreVery good experience working with Mike and his crew. The job took a little over a week. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job on the schedule outlined to me before the work started. Very professional and very skilled. I would reccomend Rock Solid to anyone that needed landscape work done.
Description of Work: Mike from Rock Soild took some of my thoughts and drawing and came up with a great plan, including a paver patio, walls, planters, edging, trellis and plants. We had him and his crew complete the whole plan. The quality of work was exceptional, his price was very fair and his work came in on budget. I gave him a "B" on responsiveness only because it took some time for him come back fo a repair that needed to be completed about a month after the project was complete. Almost a year later everything looks great, only lost 1 out of 50+ plants and he is going to replace that in the coming weeks and he is going repair some of the lawn the skid loaders drove on that revealed itself again after the winter.

+ -1 moreMike really worked hard and got the job done when he said he would. He cleaned up behind himself and never left a mess. The cost was super reasonable. He has a creative eye and we are pleased how the project turned out. This summer, 2009, will be the second season for us to see how the area grows and fills in.
Description of Work: Mike designed a cozy retreat behind our garage in our very small yard. He used plants, mulch, pavers and rock to create a path to a little hideaway.
