Excellent selection of quality exercise and fitness classes. Specifically "Plioxing", pilates, F.I.T. and kick boxing.

Extremely good options for all ages. They are not the cheapest option, but they offer more than enough to justify the extra price (assuming you intend to use the additional options).

They are good. I pay $140 a month for the whole family.

I joined as an individual member after touring the beautiful facilities. I was considering joining another studio-type fitness center, but realized that you get so much more for the price at the RAC. I used my guest pass to bring my husband and he fell in love too so we upgraded my membership to include him. The class schedule is diverse with classes offered frequently. The fitness floor has everything anyone would need and all the cardio machines have individual cable/internet hooked up to them. Member discounts on many services are great.

They have a lot of different classes. It's convenient and it's clean. It doesn't smell like a dirty socks. Also, they have an acceptable price.

Rochester Athletic Club is very clean place to go workout. I like going there to do my workouts.

They are fine. They are a lot better than Workout World.

We had been members for eleven years. They are very good. It is on-going. We recently got to the point we were travelling too much to use it anymore. We used all their general services.

I like the fact that they are open early in the mornings from 5am. I wish they were open longer at night and I wish they were open longer on weekends - earlier than 7am. They open at 7am on Saturdays and Sundays. They are very professional, they keep things clean and there is always plenty or towels available. They are on the expensive side.

I have been with them for about ten years. They have a lot of variety's. They have basketball and indoor soccer. They have a lot of organized sports. They change there courses and dance classes often. They change out the equipment often to keep it updated.

I just go for the equipment. I chose to use them as I got a gift for Christmas. It was a trial for 3 months so I tried them for 3 months and I liked them and stayed with them. It's convenient to my home and the people are knowledgeable and friendly.

Its $10 a day for people coming from out of town. I have a monthly membership. They are absolutely wonderful. It's a great gym. Their training and customer service is excellent. The kids' area is phenomenal. I would tell people that it's definitely the best place to go in Rochester. It's pricey, but it's very, very good. I would continue to use them in the future.
