My husband and I stumbled upon a house in our neighborhood going up for auction the following week. We had only a few days to decide our plan of action, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get an inspector in the house, since we were only allowed in it for a few hours the following Saturday. Paul was the first peron called, and even though he initially said that Saturday wouldn't work for him, he heard my situation and very graciously said he would be happy to inspect it for me. He said he didn't think he would have enough time on that Saturday, so he went out to inspect the outside and roof during the week. He really went the extra mile and made sure he was able to do everything he possibly could with the unusual circumstances. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection and sent us about 35 pages of notes. He even charged me a little less than normal because both the water and gas were turned off. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Paul was kind, understanding, and went out of his way to help us out, even when it was clear he had other plans for his afternoon. I would recommend Paul to anyone and would call on him again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: My husband and I found a questionable house up for auction and Paul was able to come in and inspect every aspect possible of the house he could. The water and gas were both turned off, so he could only give us his ideas and tips on what might happen when they were both turned on again. He went above and beyond by coming during the week to inspect the outside of the house as well as the roof.

Paul did an excellent job. He was very thorough about his inspection and took the time to explain everything to us in a way that we, as first time home buyers, would understand. He provided us with a detailed report and even followed up with us regarding an area of the house that was a concern for us. We are very happy that we hired Paul to be our inspector. Thanks to him, we feel confident that we have a clear understanding of the condition of the house that we are buying. Thank you Paul.
