I just found out that the general manager of this business is in fact the Vice President of the local chapter of the Sons of Silence. I will find it difficult to trust a business with such leadership for a second project. They did my roof this summer, and I’ll be finding a more ethical option for future projects.

In early November, Jenny Erickson called me back the same day I reached out to Priority Construction requesting an assessment of the flashing/ shingles surrounding our chimney. Within a week and weather permitting, Jenny had a Priority team make the assessment and then scheduled the repair work for the following week. High praise to Jenny and the Priority Construction team for keeping me updated with the details throughout the process, and for the great repair work. Thank you Jenny Erickson and the Priority Construction team!

DO NOT HIRE THEM!! Their supposed "window professionals" sub contractors installed our bathroom window the wrong direction and we can't open it, so I am going to hire another company to fix it as I don't want to work with them anymore. They didn't double check the window size on a very large window before tearing old out and then realized window was bigger than opening. I had no choice but to allow them to cut bigger opening because siding that was scheduled couldn't go on until windows were finished so I was charged additional fees for their mess up. A lot of the "unforeseen issues" were from the subcontractors not double checking things or communicating with us in regards to the windows and doing things to run up a bill and I am being screwed over. 3 trips to do 6 windows because they only worked 4 hours a day. Also pulled old windows and just piled trash and broken glass from old windows in my front yard for an entire weekend until a different roofing sub contractors crew came following week and they cleaned up the window mess. Only thing done well was the siding and siding crew.

We have been very dissatisfied with the customer service provided by the contractor. They have been non responsive during the entire process. Resolutions to problems have gone on way further than necessary. Promises to resolve issues the next day have not occurred. I would not recommend to anyone.

Josh came out quickly to give us an estimate. My fiancé and I live out of state and happened to be in town for one day the following weekend. Josh went out of his way to leave a family event so that he could meet us at the house to get on the roof with my fiancé, so Josh could show him how he wanted to fix it. Josh and his team did an excellent job and even sent us before and after pictures. Since he knew we lived out of state, he even went out of his way to send pictures of the hail storm that happened shortly before our house closed, so we knew to have the house checked for damage. Josh was professional, courteous, and thorough.

I contacted Kent K @ priority inquiring a quote on my roof/shingles. He was very prompt to return my call and schedule on my appointment. Kent is very knowledgeable of the products and excellent at explaining how the insurance companies worked with him and the company. The crew that did the work was very professional and did a great job! I would definitely use/recommend priority to any one heading construction or shingle work done. All the way great company!

They worked with our insurance after a claim of wind damage for our roof shingles, They conducted this in a timely and convenient manner. We were very pleased with the entire process that we asked them to replace our gutters. Everything looks great. We will definitely use Priority in the future for other projects.

I can not say enough good about the work Josh and his crew did. They were very professional and worked with my insurance company to get roof repair covered due to wind damage. I had faulty shingles put on 12 years ago and insurance company was trying to say this was all due to the poor shingles, Josh worked with adjustor and showed her the wind damage aside from the faulty shingles. Also had sliding window installed in attic later and that turned out very well.
Very happy with their work and everything done in a timely manner. Clean up was great.

"To whom it may concern, The work that had to be performed to [Removed member name]'s home was very extensive, the roof on the garage had holes through the deck boards and the fascia was completely rotted off. Both roof's had multiple layers on them. The crew worked on Saturday and Sunday due to the fact that [Removed member name]'s concession trailers were parked in the driveway during the week days. [Removed member name] requested that we do the job on a weekend, and our company complied with his request. We were unable to pick up more materials that we were short on Sunday due to the fact the supplier was closed, giving us no option but to complete the job on Monday morning. The plants around [Removed member name]'s home may have sustained some minor damage, but this is to be expected as it states on the contract that [Removed member name] signed. The crew did their best to cover them as they worked around the home. As most people know, if you have ever had your roof shingled, it can be a very messy job when you have multiple layers of asphalt and wood shingles involved. It would be impossible to not harm any bushes or plants when removing the layers of shingles (the piles can sometimes be 3 or 4ft in height). In our opinion the crew did a great job of taking care of the property and following [Removed member name]'s requests. Our company has always been proactive when it comes to any call backs and our customers needs. I do believe that one persons opinion may hinder the way another persons perceives our company, but I also believe that there are two sides to every story. I hope [Removed member name] can look at this situation in a different light some day and know that our company did everything we could to make him a happy customer. No company wants a bad review, but when you have hundreds of customers every year it is a possibility that it may happen. How we take care of a complaint tells what kind of a company we are. We liked that they worked with out insurance company to get the most bang for our buck. Workers were very friendly. They took the time to make sure the house looked just the way it should. It looked way better than the last time we sided it.

Without the guys from Priority, we would have been paying a fortune out of pocket for the replacement of our Roof and Siding after a major storm damaged them. Their team was with us every step of the way from inspecting the damamge, to negotiating with our insurance company, to doing the work. Josh in the office logged over 100 calls he had to make to our insurance company to get them to agree on the amount of damage and without his dligence, we would have gotten about half of what they actually paid. Larry was at our home with samples of roofing and siding and helped us select the best for our needs and folowed up after the crews came to do the work. Both the roofing crew and the siding crew were professional, friendly and courteous, and they worked HARD! They completed the roof in 1 day..that included tearing off the old and putting on the new! They had the guys crawling on the edges of our lawn to make sure every last scrap of debris was cleaned up before they left, and took great care protecting my plants outside. The siding crew were just as professional and friendly. In fact, on a really cold day I invited them in for hot Pizza for lunch and they were super appreciative and respectful.
We would not hesitate one second to recommend them to anyone we know! Our house is beautiful and we get compliments all the time on how it looks!

My roof was installed with defective "organic" shingles when the house was built and after less than 10 years the shingles were curling and blowing off in winds.
Priority stopped by to tell us they could help us get a new roof under our insurance due to the shingles being discontinued. We were skeptical since we tried this already but were shot down. We decided to give Priority a chance anyways. Unfortunately, we did not get the new roof the first (or second) time Priority talked with our insurance company. Then, after a particularly bad storm in which our roof was damaged significantly more, Priority was able to work with an adjuster through our insurance company to get the roof 100% replaced.
Priority was professional, fast, and courteous. While there was some debris left after the job, the site was left in better condition than by other companies that I've seen do work on other houses. We did have to call them to remind them to pick up leftover shingles (those above and beyond what they left for us to keep) but again they were courteous about it.
We are pleased with our new roof and pleased that Priority took the hassle out of negotiating with our insurance company.

Priority first contacted us after surveying our house and noticing we had tabs that had blown off our roof from a storm. They were polite and did not pressure us to consider them but only gave a list of services they provide and how they could help us.
They were present at the inspection of our roof by an adjuster which didn't result in a full replacement. Priority gave us advice on how to proceed. After two more storms (and very significant additional damage to the roof) Priority was again present at the inspection of our roof at which the insurance adjuster agreed to replace the entire roof. Priority was able to provide a complete list of required repairs on the spot and we got our first check for replacing the roof from our insurance company the same day.
Shortly thereafter we scheduled an appointment to replace the roof. The first appointment was canceled due to inclement weather. They rescheduled immediately for the following day and brought in extra crew to ensure the job would be completed in one day. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept a clean work area (relative to roofing work).
