New Directions Flooring

It was wonderful, absolutely. There wasn't anything wrong. They were prompt and caring. They did a good job. They were very professional and clean. Their pricing was reasonable. We had cracked tiles and instead of them replacing the whole floor, they had a good solution to keep it looking nice but not break our pocketbook. We couldn't get anybody else to come out. We think it was maybe too little of a job and they didn't want to mess with it. But, New Directions came out the next day, he was trying to think what would be the best for me. I really felt like they cared. We didn't get any other estimate, we couldn't get anybody else to come out. The one big company in town responded after we'd already had New Directions come out.

New Directions was on time, cleaned up after themselves, and very professional. Their pricing was very competitive. I would recommend this company for flooring products and services.

I stopped at the store and requested an estimate for some work in an upstairs bathroom shower repair, a downstairs bathroom remodel from some damage and a vinyl floor in the laundry. We discussed options and ideas. The estimates were done and separated into different pieces. There was a little delay in getting the estimates through the email. Because we didn't know much about the company or their work. It was decied to repair the upstairs bathroom tile - grout was missing - so a regrout and reseal was done. After 1/2 of the cost was fronted. The service was schedled within a few days and the work was completed in a few hours by the repairman. He was efficient and professional. Also recommended possible changes and possible work for the future. The tile and surround are 20+ years old. Work was completed and final payment made

New Directions was the high point in an otherwise stressful remodel. If all subcontractors offered the service and attention to detail that New Directions does, home renovations would be a breeze. We plan to use them again on an upcoming remodel for a newly purchased home.

Brad/New Directions did great job of designing/advising us on all aspects of our remodel project enabling us to achieve outcomes that exceeded our initial expectations (..and budget). Both rooms are beautiful. We upgraded on bath per his suggestions and changed our plan causing over-budget on other room.
